I want to install one on the interior of a closet to replace typical 7h x 8w sliding closet doors... can the side rails be installed and then the roller installed after from the inside? Every install video I see there is ample room for the installation, wondering how this would go in a bedroom closet, seems possible but who knows?
At 2:32, you put the "Warning" yellow label over the top of the image of what should be done. It completely obliterates the intent of this close up and negates the whole attempt at showing and indicating a potentially dangerous installation mis-step. Please move the overlay so that at least we can see what you are trying to show.
They have options for an indoor lock when you buy it. We have indoor locks on our garage since we have a side door entrance but we use the outdoor lock on our shed and have to use a padlock.
Man the written instructions and the videos are so easy looking… mine came with two spacers a washer and some bolts. The video and the instructions don’t say how to attach that ratchet thingy to the pawl thingy :)
wish my old door here had one of those tensioners on the end. man, this things making wish I had a barn door instead. installing them brand new does look easy. way easier than what I am doing here with this 20+ year old door that messed up and needed repair it's all hardware that messed up. These doors require some " SOME" maintenance. Mine was here when I bought the house. The screws will back out eventually - my door is nearly identical to this one in the video but has no tensioner. The plastic guide parts on the sides of the door ( Not the tracks on my shed) are all Stapled into the door - cracked, broken, some pieces missing. The center DRUM that is in this video that the door is wrapped around when open is NOT on my door, instead there are just two metal stamped wheels that the axle goes through. they look like Cake Pans the edges are sharp and the inside edge on either one of them can slice your finger rtfo. LOL no joke. with no instructions and by myself, I have managed to take this down, revamp things to work, and then reinstall it. How? I have never seen one in person brand new so I came here and to other videos to see what they look like uninstalled. I slowly realized fixing my door was not going to be easy. The easiest safest way is to take the thing down to the point that the door is under no tension, completely down and the spring is unbolted < so zero tension on that Juggler ripper opener / Knuckle Gouger. do al your repair work with it this way so you don't accidentally kill yourself. To get to the inner tack and the outer edge plastics and to straighten out malformed edges I rolled it back up and took the door out of the tracks and rolled it out so both sides were exposed. This is QUITE A WORK OUT! my lats and forearms are feelin it. If I cared about teh looks more I could have repainted and completely refurbished but I dont.
buenas tardes; estoy montando una puerta de garaje enrrollable y me emite un ruido a la altura de 1m y no continua subiendo, me pudiese ayudar con algun comentario.
When you order the door on their website you'll have the option of adding insulation, a top draft seal and/or a side brush seal. The cost is $127.50 for the top and side seals.
Es mas seguro poniendo los stoper antes de bajar la puerta para evitar que la puerta se devuelva y asi se agilisa la bajada de las puertas ya que se hacen en serie, toca bajar 300 puertas en un dia
I'm an independent contractor and I enjoy using your doors to install on shipping containers very reliable and good product

What happens if you cut the plastic wrapping
Hi I cut the plastic not knowing
What is the solution to this mistake
Am I understanding this properly...that the latch is on the outside of the door? How in the world are you supposed to lock it? Padlock only?

@@Fe4Christ thank you. I'm putting a side door on my shed so I'd much prefer an internal lock.
Is this setup still working 2 years later?
What is the correct height of the header?

For a 6x7 roll up, should your framing be 6x7?
Did you ever figure this out? I have a 3’x7’ and trying to figure out if my rough opening should be 3’x7’

This is shown mounted on the hall side and not inside the unit.
What's price of door ?
I think about 700 but I'm not sure
what garage door openers can be used with this door?
Try liftmaster
If commercial exterior use micanon pro h series.
That almost looked like the world famous Todd Nelson.
how about showing a video of mounting a motor door opener.
Need door spocket and chain to install motor operator.
650 series doesnt have that option.
ive installed these for a shed company

Debes ajustar la tensión como en 6:48 punto en el video.
Ósea que no se instala adentro de la unidad.
Can exterior weatherstripping be added to keep snow, bugs, dust, etc. out?
Don't answer any questions, not good for customer relations, makes me think customer service is no better. 👎

odd. I did not watch this video but I got a notification answering a question I did not ask.
@@captanehook6927 Are you sure? It looks like you asked the question about a year ago.
