- Cant you bind your CRSF nano after you updated the TBSAgent in your module? Cant you push the new firmware to your crossfire receiver? follow my proces and you will be able to fly again in just a minute :)

Just awesome, 2 days trying to fig this out and nothing, just frustration until i run into this video. Just awesome and easy instructions, thank you so much bro, cant thank you enough.
I watched several how to bind nano rx and this video nailed it. Solved my problem. The only thing I would add is I was about to give up because I did not think the firmware update was happening - I must have waited 30 seconds and then I finally got the rapd green and the flashing yello on the module and I knew then I had success. The rest of the steps followed the video really well. Thank you so much for this post.

This’s is why I really love the full version of the crossfire TX. Having the screen on the module really makes things a lot easier. Plus, I really like the spectrum analyzer that’s built in and allows you to check the noise floor at any site you go to fly.

Thanks! This really helped, I was pulling my hair out! The only difference is that I have Tango 2, so it doesn't have bind button on transmitter. So basically what I did is: 1. power on Rx (blinks green slowly), 2. power on TX, enter binding mode 3. after this RX blinks red slowly 4. Single press bind button on RX. 5. TX offers to update! So I guess you can confirm update using RX button as well
Watched 10 videos, and this is the only one which pointed in the right direction. To clarify for anybody having the same issue: TX firmware 3.53, RX labeled "XF nano 44"
Hey Max, i tried this on mine and nothing happens i don't get red light blinking in step 3 as you said. I tried everything, literally don't know what to do now
@@7LETITBE7 well, may be you have later firmware on rx, and it behaves differently? Sometimes I had to restart my tango, before entering binding mode. It’s weird, sometimes it works quickly, sometimes it was finicky, but then worked after few restarts. But I still use the same process

This was seriously more helpful than anything I could find through TBS or Joshua Bardwell. Thanks man! Any idea why the luac script doesn’t seem to work when bonding to this new version? I’ve never had this issue and ran across your video and now I’m in the air

Having issues with a Sixty9. Wish this video helped my specific issue. I get a solid green + fast red and I cannot get it to bind or even go into the supposed "Emergency Update" mode to access the "golden" firmware to reset.
TBS is such a PITA. I'm seriously considering switching everything over to ELRS at this point. It shouldn't be this difficult.

This worked three times and three times again when i had to bind recievers over to fix the region lock . But now i have a reciever that turns solid red everytime no matter what binding method i use .

Have you try long range with it? I got crossfire shot too, but I was just curious if its good for long range too. Thanks for your video.
Hey mate, Im currently nust training indoor racing so my max distance with crsfshot was like 200 metres max, but I believe the range will be enought even for some crazy longrange stuff :)

@@spaglFPV still having an issue. My micro tx and nana diversity rx are binded to 4.1 luas scripts are on the sd card in qx7 and when I execute crossfire it will continue to say waiting for crossfire. and tips?
@@WillyFPV i would format the SD and reflash the radio, then update crsf modul to latest stable version and let the receiver update

Did not work for me. The rx just flashed and the module flashes green also but just won’t bind up. Running 4.03 firmware
I’m getting blinking green on transmitter and crossfire but it won’t bind. Even though it’s in binding mode.. what should I do ?

My crossfire nano receiver just has a solid green light. Pushing the button doesn't change it.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. I am stuck at 2:04. When we push the blinking blue button, instead of turning solid blue, it turns back to blinking green. And the red rx light somewhat changes to a sort of slight double blink. Can anyone please tell me what to do or what I’ve done wrong. I’m a dummy.

I've been hours trying this solution but still no go, everything works the same as you except at almost at the end of update the rx starts flashing red and green at same time, I've tried firmware from 3.78 to 4.03 but same results each time. Any help will be appreciated
Having the same issue. Video straight up did not work for me. Got both in bind mode, but they won't connect. Ideas?
To be honest I'm very disappointed in crossfire, I've submitted ticket with crossfire and sent video and purchase information but still no go. Does yours also flash red and green at same time at the end of update? What does this mean it's not even in crossfire manual.

check ur receiver, if it changes the color/blinking once u turn off the transmitter, then it already communicates, if it doesnt change the state then you have to bind it

Hey, unfortunately it doesn't work for me.
Up to minute 2 everything is fine but if you press the flashing blue and he should have blue lights for the updating, he jumps back to the pulsing orange, the RX continues to flash red.
Hey, what version of openTx and TBSagent u got in your radio?
looks like a fw 3.2.8 issue. with 3.2.5 it worked

i tried this method but now my nano Rx receiver light is not working .. no red light no green light.. can anyone help me with this please ?
Measure your input of rx with voltmeter, it probably isnt powered, if there is 5V, then it could be damaged/fried

Thats why i changed to tbs crossfire , is so simple 🤣😂

I had the same problem reflash your crossfire module to the last stable version then rebind the receiver allowing that to update. Then reflash to the new crsfshot again then rebind and it will work.
Sometimes if your on to old a version the reciever for some reason wont jump with the module to the latest firmware so I found flashing to the last released stable version before the latest realise and binding then updating works. Best of luck bro 👍
And make sure your open tx is 3.2.5 👍

@@opticzfpv597 turned out mine was physically damaged, a couple resistors broke off. apparently according to tbs, if the green light is solid and the tx is not even on, there is a bad hardware issue. I had damaged 2 nano's this way before finding out. They were ripping off with the blue tack stuff i use to hold it in place while soldering.
