How are you always able to be so positive? Belief in God and that eveything will be ok?
Take a break from exhausting routines, go for adventure to especially in landscapes with green cover..eat enough, drink enough of water, sleep enough and keep phone off to enjoy the nature.. And above all be grateful to God and always pray..
Don't put your focus on what isn't working out well in life..focus on what your heart desires in righteousness..

This is SO cool! When I was younger, my husband and i had a small Brownstone apartment on the Upper West Side. It was a 'one BR' but the BR was only 7'x9'. We had a Bunk Bed. I had the Top Bunk!

You're a very natural presenter, you can even talk about mundane things and make it sound interesting.
The vision was fine thanks to the subject but working on your audio will help you to improve the overall quality. I have some experience in video production and I like you so I wanted to offer some annoying unsolicited advice (like a neighbour coming to give you a pinch of salt without you asking for it).
This video has low volume so when youtube plays an ad it is very loud. When you arent speaking you can play the music at a similar volume to your voice to keep the level consistent.
Overall the audio was clear though so it's just about adjusting the levels.
Your explanation of the rain was entertaining but you could have just showed a shot of the window then said, "its raining😊". It doesnt matter though, you doing you is what people will watch your channel for.

Approximately 15 atleast
Sounds overcrowded, I guess you must get along with most of them, it seems like it doesn't bother you too much. New York is super expensive though, even for a small studio apartment it would be more than I pay to rent a whole house where I'm at.
It is crowded but also manageable as it’s quite spacious
