Shannon was just getting what was rightfully more hers than Boone. Boone on the other hand is handed this cushy job at mom's company. After this episode Boone became a bigger tool than he already was.
Shannon is the Cinderella of LOST. A loving father who dies, an evil stepmother, a sort of godmother (Boone) who tries to help her, a prince charming who loves her (Sayid). But unfortunately, on the island, fairy tales don't necessarily have a happy ending. 😢
I never thought about it as the island killing Shannon. We already know Walt has some level of psychic abilities from summoning the birds and polar bears. I always assumed he’s captured by the others and in distress so he’s trying to reach the group. Like a cry for help.
As much as you dislike Shannon, I'm dying to see how you're affected, to realize she was ruthlessly stolen from and made homeless while only a kid. Not to mention Boone and his mom constantly belittling her. That's pretty horrible. She totally got fkd.
7:53 dude they made Shannon like that. They broke her spirit. She was only 18. But no matter what age, being ripped off by family members will mess you up emotionally. Then the boy that's profited from HER money talks down to her. She was whiney coz she was beat down.
Exactly...we all disliked Shannon for awhile. But as LOST often does they flipped the script on us. And Boone was too much of a mommas boy to say anything. To be honest he's lucky Shannon gave him a charity bang before flight 815.@Eowyn187
Best merge ever of tribes.

Edit: I'm losing it over Swaddled Sawyer 😂
I hope you don’t actually take two weeks off, the next one is pretty good.

The contrast in Shannon love between VOX and Lexi is stunning. Kinda on Vox's side TBH
I'm not a fan of Shannon by any means but I find Ana Lucia a little more unpleasant than her.
No more 💩 🏝️ ☠️
