Chicken ideas.. I do the bbq one A LOT. Sub the bbq sauce with teriyaki sauce. Baby Ray's has one. You can also switch it with taco sauce or salsa too. I actually did it with the taco sauce and salsa today. I made 2 pounds of chicken. I made burritos out of it for my kids to take to work. Off the top of my head, I couldn't tell you what the points were, but they would be low. Sometimes, I serve them over rice or mashed potatoes, for my son to take to work. He is obsessed with rice, so he likes those the best. I make some sort of rice or pulled chicken every week. Sometimes I make takitos(sp?) with them. Sometimes I just throw it on top of a salad.
