Does paying CC bill in bits but before the due date have a negative impact on the credit score? Eg: Bill of 5k is paid as 1k for 5 times in between the bill generation and bill due date.

For spending money on foreign currencies
use a separate credit card of that country of that currency to avoid currency fees
