From the comedian, actor, and former host of "The Late Late Show," Craig Ferguson comes an irreverent, lyrical memoir in essays featuring his signature wit. In "Riding the Elephant," Ferguson discusses his deep love for his native Scotland, examines his profound psychic change brought on by fatherhood, and looks at aging and mortality with a perspective that he was incapable of as a younger man. Each story is strung together in a colorful tapestry that ultimately reveals a complicated man who has learned to process-and even enjoy-the unusual trajectory of his life.

@@jimcorlett He was on TV, we know this. Let me rephrase so you understand. Now that we are watching streaming TV more, we would LOVE Craig Ferguson to have a show on streaming TV without a bunch of jerks telling him what he can or cannot say. Hence what the person above said with about 80 up votes, "Let him go wild!" and talking about Netflix in particular.

Ok Craig, I watched nearly every episode of your The Late Night Show. Not when it aired, (I go to bed earlier than you)but on line. Hilarious to say the least. You were my next Johnny Carson. So I know you made a lot of money and there's other things you want to do, but what you do now really doesn't effect the masses as you did. Or at least me. I'm here self medicated laughing at your old shows because there are no other shows like yours's.

I've read recently Craig may be coming back on tv with a half hour show that delves into the tv shows currently airing. Not sure if it will get picked up. It's not an interview based program however although I'd like him to get visits from celebrities. Craig is a great host, but finds it exhausting. I don't blame him. He also isn't into social media. I think he's onto something. We should all drop it like a hot potato. It's all advertising or meaningless banter.

Isnt it funny. How when hes discussing Trump. The host must specify that he also doesnt like Trump. And it's only about Trump. He doesnt say hes not especially a fan of both sides.
But when discussing his friend that doesnt like Trump. He can day hes being a little bit silly. But he must specify that the problem is on both sides. He can't just make a comment on a problem on the left.
That's the way it always is. When discussing the right or Trump. Your allowed to only say something about the right or Trump. When it's about the left or a democrat. Their must always be a disclaimer, that the problem goes for both sides. Lol
Hmm I wonder why? Haha. I wonder if that's because the "tolerant" left. Is really good at hearing and accepting negative critiques of it. While able to be "tolerant" of someone thinking the people they are against on the right. May do or handle something better or actually be tolerant compared to them? Lol
All I know Is I dont hear any Donald Trump supporters screaming, tearing down, attacking or demanding someone's career must be over or they can't say something.
Hmm Where do we hear that? Oh right. From the "tolerant" people. Lol. Frauds.
But I know. If you comment on my comment. You will surely have to make it clear. The right is just as destructive, intolerant and tearing down just as many statues and rioting as the left. You just wont be able to name a single open Trump supporter or supporting group doing it or example of it happening.
So in short...........Thank you for proving my point.
