When I first saw Bludgeon I thought he was a going to be a weak repaint of Tarn. But honestly in person I think he rocks the mold better. You just are able to get such great poses with the sword.
Or as That Toy Guy says it, you are able to get so much more poses out of a figure if they have a sword than if they have a gun, and Bludgeon is a prime example of that
The tolerances on my Tarn and Bludgeon are exactly the reverse of your experience. Skyquake is my absolute favorite thing of this wave. Love my Prime voyager jet enforcers. RIP Bombshell, agreed, disappointed.
don't blame hasbro, blame your retailers. they're the ones who order from hasbro and sell to you. hasbro has no control over distribution except on pulse and where exclusives go to.
my thoughts on wave 4 in well over a minute for me but a couple seconds for you lets go Shadowstrike: Weird ass toy Detritus: insert gru doublelife meme here bombshell: Its weird, but i bought it anyway Strongarm: ye no Bludegon: is it legal to marry plastic? Trashmaster: cool but never owned it Dreadwing: yes
I like Detritus a whole lot, and I do like him AS a Junkion. He's a misfit, a weirdo to his own weird people! And when I've got a dedicated Junkions shelf, I'm going to get an extra Wreckgar head for him to carry around.
Bombshell convinced me to go for the Prime Wars Legends figures instead of the Legacy ones. Bludgeon is pretty great, but IMO Tarn wore it better. Considering the upgrade kit, though.
You miss-transformed the Bombshell, you’re supposed to only move the part on covering his face in bug mode up enough to reveal the face, and not further; that’s why it looks so weird and has such a limited neck rotation, I don’t know why they didn’t give it a stopping point though.
Oh I deliberately pull it all the way back because when it just forms the forehead guard, I think it looks just as bad Just, a bad headpiece design, overall
I enjoy bludgeon a lot, however one thing I keep seeing with people with the tarn mold is that the back tabs keep breaking on theirs, and they start complaining about the plastic. Honestly I feel like it’s their fault, they prolly put a bit to much pressure or smth
honestly after watching Cyberverse and seeing this Bludgeon, yeah that aint no IDW, stop lying Joe Hasbro, that head is a 1 to 1 replica of the Cyberverse model and I honestly fuck with it a lot, love Cyberverse and hes gonna look great posed up against the Windblade they did in United
Out of this waves, I got- Shadowstriker- Arms placement took some getting used to and I had to snip the tabs on the thigh off. For the life of me, I CANNOT get the thigh into the bonnet without the tabs going on the inside. Still transformed without issues. Strongarm- Ok I guess (I only bought her out of pity as the toystore had two of her left for £10). Robot mode not as bad as I thought she will be but I still want a more bulkier version of her like in the show. Trashmaster- Regret buying him for full price and in general. Dreadwing- Actually got him for cheap from Aliexpress last month! While he look good in both mode, transformation is a pain in the butt especially the hip! The hip had to be position in a certain way in plane mode but if you just rotate the leg, the hip piece doesn't move and ends up in the wrong position!
@@TheSheepWielder I already got Tarn and unlike your copy, had no issues with my copy. Well ok he's abit floppy but not super floppy. Didn't think Bludgeon was worth double dipping the mold on. Just a new head, sword and being more colourful wasn't enough for me.
Not sure if I missed something in your Astro’s Fungeon video or a community post, but are you gonna make more playthrough videos? They were really funny.
The plan is to at least finish Astro Feeling a bit god awful at the minute and it pulling some shit numbers didn't help the mood much, but I'll try and get back to it soon

Australian Transformer stock is like a night out at your mums. Sure there's going to be drunk women there, but are you really going to take that chance?
I recently got shadow striker and strongarm on sale at a grocery store of all places and surprisingly after getting them i dont hate them which is shocking with how much i avoided them And as for blugeon..... Fuck blugeon the fact this mans has the same issues as my tarn hurts any time i try and to transform them both tarn/blugeon mess up and pop off the shoulder treads.... Oh right trash master he pretty good he chonky on mine i put the front wheels on the roof cause the hinge on the back skirt thing is loose on mine lol
You’re a regular content farm I love.
Don’t burn yourself out my guy

He doesn't have any butterfly joint, but I think this is one of the only molds that is so well articulated that it doesn't need a butterfly joint.

I swear hasbro hates Michigan. Half of this years figures just never appeared here.
Real.

No problem in southeast Michigan.
Can confirm. I'm in West Michigan and only ever saw like... maybe 3 of these in person.
I hate Michigan, but I have no idea where it is and am also an alleged racist (I fucking love Speed Racer)
Cyberverse is worth the watch
God i love Bludgeon.
Your accent is so real. Love it.
Bruh

let's go
my thoughts on wave 4 in well over a minute for me but a couple seconds for you
lets go
Shadowstrike: Weird ass toy
Detritus: insert gru doublelife meme here
bombshell: Its weird, but i bought it anyway
Strongarm: ye no
Bludegon: is it legal to marry plastic?
Trashmaster: cool but never owned it

I feel like Shadow Striker could be retooled into Bayverse Crosshairs
Is it the backpack? It's given me that vibe as well
I like Detritus a whole lot, and I do like him AS a Junkion. He's a misfit, a weirdo to his own weird people! And when I've got a dedicated Junkions shelf, I'm going to get an extra Wreckgar head for him to carry around.
Also, dang, I literally just ordered Shadow Striker because of this video. I'm only human, and her head is a fantastic sculpt.
Even with the very underwhelming "Pieces" mode, I can't leave a bot named "Trashmaster" out of the collection. One Bot to Master the trash!
I have a rule to not get a mold twice.
But made an exception for Bludgeon.
Theres an upgrade kit for Bludgeon which gives him a new chest, a sword holder and new forearm guards.
Bombshell convinced me to go for the Prime Wars Legends figures instead of the Legacy ones.
Bludgeon is pretty great, but IMO Tarn wore it better. Considering the upgrade kit, though.
Bombshell's antenna thing is supposed to act like a helmet, only covering the top and back of his head
Oh I'm aware
It also looks terrible when it's doing that
Can’t wait for Fractured Frienship
Optimus Prime (I will not call that beefcake Orion Pax) is *peak*

I've seen it on Discord and I cannot figure out how people are breaking the tabs
I think you made me like Ditritus even more lol.

she's actually not that bulky in the show

Yup, you predicted it... that's G1 Bludgeon not IDW. Sorry, sorry, just had to say so.
These 'comic-universe' ones are ass when it comes to designations, I shan't lie
It’s based on IDW’s second continuity
18th comment ❤🎉
Trashmaster really feels like a pretool for Rescue Bots Salvage
Bombshell got outdone but his own retool, shout-out to my main Barrage
Being bisexual IS pretty peak
