This is a project that demonstrates micro location elements that affects the outcome of a development. After visiting this area for several times, I would've never expected a property with such luxurious green space next to it. Based on the trees along the fringe, this is a matured town. I'm pretty excited about how the brand new access and MRT will increase the popularity of this location.
This project is designed generally with families in mind. The common areas and unit layouts are very spacious. My favourite would be the flexibility of the unit layouts that allows partitions and customization for each individual owners. Also, the location of being sandwiched between a school and park provides this serene environment despite being in a busy address.
However, the popularity of the address by default results in busy traffic around the roads. I wished that there could be better coordination works between the consultants. Just a few tweaks and arrangement of elements, this project would be super value for money.
I really like that apartment, surprised how spacious it is.

If you want to avoid traffic jammed, go to your office before 7 a.m.If you go to your office after 7 a.m,you will stuck 30-40 minute at damansara damai

I agree! the traffic ruins your mood going to work and ruins your mood coming back from work. your family and kids deserve a better husband/father than a moody one 🤣 Don't move there.
Thanks for another great review. The unit seems to be very well designed and has a great natural environment. Good of you to highlight the carpark's height. Keen cyclists who are always transporting their bicycles on top of their car should be extra careful.

I lived in Damansara Damai (One Damansara Condo) for a couple months in 2019. Terrible traffic during after work hours into Damansara Damai (DD) and out of DD in the morning. A simple 10-15 min drive (clear road) could take up to 40+ mins. Just plain dreadful via car or bus. Cannot emphasize enough of the pain 😅 Please consider it and check google maps for the traffic data.
However, the Damansara Damai MRT will hopefully ease commuting times once it's functioning. Right now locals there depend on Sungai Buloh MRT or Mutiara Damansara MRT (free PJ bus).
P.S. Damansara Damai is also full of illegal African immigrants loitering around. Doesn't seem to bother or alarm the police for some reason 😅 I was definitely on edge whenever I walked out at night. One time my friend was even approached by an illegal immigrant who asked for money.

Traffic is very jam during morning and evening. I been stuck there more than one hour to exit Damansara damai.. crazy jam
Yupe. The traffic has been the issue for this address. Because of this the developer built a new road directly to the toll. Maybe you can go check it out:)

@@iherng yeah. The new by pass is super convenient. However, a bit disappointing as it only for exit, not entry. If they have an alternative entry road, this place will be super nice.
since 13/3/21, new one-way trial run is ongoing. currently congestion is reduced as no need to wait for traffic light inside DD
I really like it when you show us the carpark and garbage disposal room. These are places often not promoted by any developer or shown by prop agent in their listings yet it's such an important space. Most people need to use the carpark daily and if it's a trouble to park it will affect your experience living there. Would be great if you could show the ramp and accessibility to the carpark. Thanks for all the awesome reviews!

The alternative road to NKVE already open few months back. Definitely ease the morning traffic. To enter NKVE no need to go thru the main road anymore. There’s a road somewhere nearby the shophouses will take u straight to NKVE toll.

Layout surprisingly good for this 1400sqft unit... but outside the unit (facilities, exterior, etc) it gives this low-end vibe though.

@@godgash I got the 1079. The 1451 is certainly very nice for own stay, but 1000 sqf is usually better for investment as smaller unit easier to rent and has less maintenance fee.
