Been staying here for a few months.. really convenient.. the pools r huge.. lots of shops down the blocks.. supermarket pun ada no need to drive, 99 speedmart, 7-11 got 2 of them, etc. .. mytown is like 3.9km away.. trx is 4km away.. apo lagi tak cukup.. semua ada.. senang cerita my life senang gile now.. nak apa2 turun bawah, no need to start kereta pegi keluar cari barang.. hopefully once all units penuh tak jem la keluar masuk.. tu je
N there is no other project surrounding rc.. hence, cant really say it is a mini hong kong la.. if this one is mini hong kong, what do u call a low dense project in setapak/wangsamaju for example, but surrounded by tens other projects surrounding it with total number of buildings amounting to so much.. rc only has 12 n another 1 razak mansion apartment next to it.. there is no possibility of any other projects being built exactly next to it.. being said, rc is nothing like those low dense projects within a high dense area, cuz our exit is directly to the highways/main road, n not small roads with bunch of traffic lights

@@vincent-pj7zo im currently at block D. There’s no issue on noice for me cuz the sliding doors, etc have soundproof mechanism.. but during the day of course there’d be sounds of drilling, etc. .. but it’s pretty normal even for projects that have been released for more than a year.. but there has been less sound of drilling now especially for block A cuz it’s been awhile since the keys were released.. even for my block which was the last turn for key release also dont have much sound nowadays.. my parking is at level 6.. so far there’s no issue.. ive been using my car on daily basis and the first time might feel that it take a bit long, but after the second, third time, u wont feel it anymore.. most owners here say the same thing.. n the most important thing is that we have so many shops below n i cant even describe how blessed i feel having to purchase this unit cuz i no longer need to start my car and drive just to buy a simpe bread.. even mixue and KFC is going to open soon.. we have Zus, Subway, etc. down here as well with 2 outlets of 7eleven, kkmart, 99 speedmart, TG Mart Supermarket.. u dont need to worry about anything.. even driving to mytown from here takes me like 10-12 minutes only..

Hi I'm an owner here, personally I like this place very much despite all the criticism. For visitors parking, it's on the 2nd floor, which you actually need to pay (all blocks are connected). Basically ground floor is shop lot with commercial parking (some are free for customers), 1st floor is shop lot (only accessible by stairs), 2nd floor is paid parking as mentioned, 3-8th floors are residential parking, 9th floor facilities, 10th onwards residential units.

usually if u want to eat at certain shops for example like restoran haji ariff, they have parking provided for their customers.. if dont have u can park at level 2 commercial parking.. this is because if there is no commercial parking then there will be traffic issues later.. even other condos too dont have parking spots below their blocks.. so this is pretty common@@raymondchan4062

Using OUG Parklane as case study, their commercial shop lots looks like very good in business in the first few years but a lot of them failed to sustain maybe due to COVID and also probably the lack of visitor parking, there are a lot of parking reserved for commercial lots but 95% of the time are empty. Those units facing highway need to prepare to do something to the sliding door and windows because the soundproofing are getting weak over the time. Otherwise this is quite a good project for investment, for own stay please think multiple times la.

This is also subject to the proper maintenance of the project by the community. It will be like a low-cost flat with a condo title. There will be no quality of life needless to say to raise your kids in such conditions. Please buy a decent condo which is abundant in KLs, and be responsible for your wife or kids by giving them a better living condition. Why need to stick your head into this project.
