Really great videos - thank you - can you point me one that explains what inferential statistics to use for a categorical data from one sample - just looking at relationships between variables thank you
Thanks. On my website I have links to different tests for different situations, including links to get those with Excel (or R, SPSS, Python). The one you're looking for is at One Variable - Single Nominal: peterstatistics.com/CrashCourse/2-SingleVar/Nominal/Nominal-2a-Test.html. The link to the youtube videao is: ruclips.net/video/bVjy6Fo0cp0/видео.html Hope that is what you were looking for.
Glad it helped. Your question was actually asked a while ago, so I'll copy paste my answer: good question, there doesn't seem to be one easy way to do this. A simple cheat would be to copy the chart to MS Paint and then fill them in. One way would be to sort the data so that you have all scores of each category together, then create a separate entry for each category. The categories will then be shown in the legend and not the horizontal axis. Hope this helps.
@@stikpet Thanks.. After sorting A to Z, I also did a seperate entry of 3 categories but it is reflecting in one category only like cluster box diagram instead of simple one. Kindly help ruclips.net/video/pV81EcUK5o0/видео.html Means I want a different colors of different box plots
I don't think there is. The only option I can think of is to create a second chart with just the line you want, and then overlay the two charts. This is also the solution proposed on StackOverflow (stackoverflow.com/questions/65184111/excel-boxplot-create-a-horizontal-line)

I spent an hour trying to figure this out myself (And failed horribly). Thank you, you saved me a lot of time consumption for my dissertation.

If you could make very short video on this then it might be helpful for many of us, as there is no video on this
Hi! Is there a way in which you can add a horizontal line to the boxplot so you can show which part of the data is above the limit?

@@stikpet Thanks!! Do you maybe have any recommendations for a chart by which you can compare the data points with a reference value?
Can I make each box plot different colors?
