This newbie has tried them all. I prefer 260s. I’m looking forward to Feedback Friday!
Me too ❤
Thank you!
Thank you! I e tried all three and 260 is my go to.
Me too!
Omg! Thank you so much for the tips! My son’s graduation is this Saturday and I’m now to this. First timer and I’m scared but excited to decorate my son’s party. God bless you for sharing your tips and experiences. Subscribed immediately! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for subscribing! Congratulations to your son on his graduation! I'm sure your decorations came out nice!
Loving feedback Fridays🤍 I’m a neck to neck girlie! And I’ll rip a cluster or quad out in a quickness and if I can’t rip it out one cut will do the trick.
I need your strong hands! 😌😉
@@YesEventDecor 😂😂
I’ve tried all these techniques. I mostly use fishing line or 260’s. I do neck ties sometimes when I need to move the quads around to shape my garlands. I think 260 is my fav.
Good to know!
I prefer to use the 260’s as well. I find that I use A LOT of fishing line. Typing the necks together actually shrink my clusters especially when I’m making a full garland or covering an entire backdrop stand. I usually have to make more clusters. The 260’s allow me to manipulate/adjust the balloons as I need to.
Thank you for that feedback. I can definitely see how you need more clusters when you tie the necks together.
I started out using the tape, and tried the fishing line, but now I use the 260's and neck to neck. It's easier to use the neck to neck when you are using the good quality balloons - the cheaper stuff are not as flexible and they're harder to tie
That’s a very good point!
I think it’s the total opposite. Lol the quality stuff are harder to stretch. Like sempertex or qualatex hard! Lol
I like your explanation, you are so transparent. It is true thefirst time I tried I really found it so hard . Yes you can’t undo them . Others artists will tell you it is easy to undo .
Glad it was helpful!
I also started with fishing line , then switched to 260 . Just started with neck to neck, it was a little bit difficult at the beginning. I see less gap with the neck to neck
Yeah I don’t have gaps when I tie the necks together. You’re right about that!
Do you full those gaps with smaller ballons if that happens?😊
I’ve tried them all. I prefer 260s as well. Tying necks saves money on 260s but fingers get really sore if doing a really large garland. Also, neck tying creates calluses on the first knuckle joints of my fingers ☹️ , which I don’t care for.
Yes!!!! I don’t like the calluses on my fingers at all! 🤦🏽♀️
❤
IF you have enough neck length, it looks more together (less gaps) to tie by the necks (BAD for my arthritic hands). The fishing line is fine, but it can tangle up within balloons, which causes popping of balloons. I prefer 260s, which allows for easier attachment and rearranging of the balloons.
That is very true! There’s less gaps when you tie the necks together. But even with that, I still prefer 260s.
I prefer to have you do it for me BUT since that’s not an option…😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The best comment!!
❤❤ Thank you for All You Do! I have tried them all. I'm still in practice mode, lol. For me, it just depends on what I am feeling for that set-up! Yes the neck tying my fingers be saying "girl not today!" Yes 260q is a go for me as well.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 My fingers be saying the same thing!
Thank you for your tips Loniel! You ate an excellent teacher😊
Awww! Thank you!
Great thanks for the info. I knew that was going to be your favorite, I have my first big function 140 guest coming up and making 2 backdrops I will take your advice and I already ordered 2 packs of the 260, hopefully that will be enough. Thanks again, your channel has been very helpful.
Congratulations on your first big event!!! Prep as much as you can.
260’s all the way 🎉. Balloons 🎈 are more flexible. Thanks for feedback Fridays 😊
You’re welcome 😊
I used to use balloon string, then I tried 260s and I liked that much better so that’s what ive been sticking with
Same here! 260’s are my go to. But if I run out, I will use fishing line.
Hi! I've mainly been like you and using 260's! I do like the idea of neck tying and that it keeps from having to use additional materials. I've only tried it on portions of garlands here and there just to see if i could do it and so that if they ripped apart the whole garland would not be ruined but they were fine 😂. Fearing that the garland will rip apart at an event from neck tying is a huge fear even though i haven't seen anyone complain that it has happened. Also, your online course is awesome! Thank you. I definitely recommend it. God bless!
I usually tie the necks together. I have done them all. I will still use 260s occasionally depending on the application.
Good for you! You have some strong hands. ☺️
😅😅I actually use them all . Some times I feel neck to neck then 260 if I want it loose or fishing line , If I want it tighter 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ I love that laugh 😂😂
I like tying balloons neck to neck because it makes them tighter, leaving no gaps.
That’s very true! You don’t have to worry about gaps when you tie the necks.
Hello hello. Love too much this video as always❤ I've been very busy in my business but I 've not stopped watching your videos
May God keeps blessing your hands. Still being fan #1
Heeeeeyyyyyy!!! It’s been a while!!! I haven’t seen a comment from you in months! I’m glad to hear that business is going well for you! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I've done different options. Necks, 260's, fishing line rubber bands.
Rubber bands! I forgot to include that. Someone do use rubber bands.
I have tried them all, sonetimes the set is so short anyone is closest to my hands is the go to even rubber bands, but i think 360 is the best yet, thank you for sharing the knowledge
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing, I tried using fishing line, it just didn’t work. The necks tying method gave me back ache. Now I do 260s. I sure will take your balloon course. I’m getting more interested in balloons
That’s awesome! Here’s the link to the online class - yeseventdecorandmore.retrieve.com/store/#/decorate-like-a-pro-/creating-a-balloon-backdrop.
I learned that quality balloons allow for easier neck-tying. Its still a challenge.
260s are forgiving, but I have to practice not doing them so tightly that the garlands curl up (Am I the only one?)
I haven tried fishing line, but I did try curling ribbon.
Too much tug and *snap* there goes your garland... broken string.😩

Love the example of supporting one another 👍🏼*
@KimberlyKhalimah Yes, I have this experience too when tying the balloon necks. I was thinking the same thing.; maybe not tie them so tight.
Your video is very helpful. Thank you very much❤
You're welcome 😊
Hi! I want to follow you on the Instagram and check if you have any sale soon? Thank you very much!
Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for watching!
I made my first garland today, it's not as easy as it looks!! I still want to start my balloon business though
Congratulations on making your first garland!!! 👏🏽
When I use 260’s it’s easier to pull the balloons apart to give it to kids 🎉
That’s so true!
I prefer to tie the necks!! 😊
Go girl! Strong hands!
Can you explain a little more of how you reuse your balloons?
Here’s a video on it - ruclips.net/video/FC5DO1JPOMY/видео.html.
@@YesEventDecor oh wow! Thanks. One last question, I think, lol. For how many uses/projects would the reused balloons work?
I definitely prefer tying neck to neck, I get fewer gaps in my garlands but as I get older, I'm needing my fingers to stop being so sore for days after an install 😂 so 260's it is whenever possible. If I need to really move a section, all I have to do is snip 1 neck at most, using the necks, instead of trying to unravel the 260's. But all methods work well (except fishing lines, they still pop my balloons if I'm not extra careful)
Thank you for that feedback!
I tie the necks together. It's better and easier for me, it saves you money
That’s very true! It does save money.
I have a question, where are you buying balloons and what is a name of brand of balloons ?
I don’t really think you’re more advance using neck to neck. Neck to neck causes gaps and give you more work by having to add more balloons. I started neck to neck. And I’m slowly transitioning to 260’s. It’s way too much work to have to add to fill gaps after tying necks. When I have to add more balloons to my base that’s when I use neck to neck
Very interesting. I guess it’s not advanced for you since that’s what you started with. How do you like using 260’s?
How do you reuse your balloons?
Hi there! I have a video on this. Here’s the link - ruclips.net/video/FC5DO1JPOMY/видео.htmlsi=qURsC-I4qrhYhhV8.
I prefer 260s
Same!
Can you please tell
Me what color that blue balloon is?
That’s a new color by Sempertex. It’s called Pastel Dusk Blue.
I prefer 260 I can’t tie neck to neck my fingers have arthritis plus I can’t see the fishing line even with my glasses on 🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣 That’s so funny. I used fishing this past weekend and it was hard for me to see too!
