  • 1955's "Kiss Me Deadly" remains a brutal, devil-may-care indictment of its genre's archetypes. Not to mention, a thrilling piece of film noir.
    Music by Kevin MacLeod.

    “What’s in the box???!!”
    “Head of the Medusa.”
    “Nooooooooo!!!”
    -Perfect editing lol.
Also I love how Repo Man and Pulp Fiction give homage to this crazy film. Definitely worth watching.

Please never stop making these videos.
Because of you I’ve watched so many different movies and showed me how incredible Takeshi kitano is with his films like hanabi and sonatine
Those two movies alone are genuinely masterpieces
And I wouldn’t have found them otherwise

Really glad to hear I got you into Kitano! Hana-Bi and Sonatine are indeed masterpieces. I'd also strongly recommend Dolls and A Scene at the Sea as his best romantic departures, and Violent Cop and Outrage as two other genre greats.
I'll keep at the videos as long as I have good things to say (and as long as I'm not repeating myself).

I’ve always described Kiss Me Deadly as a punch to the gut and a left hook to the jaw of the Eisenhower 1950s. So subversive for the era and it starts from the beginning including the backward title sequence.

You think this movie had an influence on David Lynch. Good video I disagree that a two shot isn’t visual it’s alot more interesting then an over the shoulder shot witch is standard

Couldn't you at least say "Imagine going to the pictures with your ma and your fella (or gal)?"... I mean really... Why is it necessary to instigate? That aside... you did an excellent job of summing up 'Kiss Me Deadly' in a short five minute video.
