I enjoy seeing you I like you because you are real and down to earth I quilt to but I think I could do better I'm on a senor budget so glad you give good advice thank you
Oh my gosh, that fabric is just lovely! You know you could make the pattern for the pillow and change it to a table runner. I myself am just like you in a way. I am a registered Nurse and I worked all my life. I did sew for years for my children on the weekends. I got into quilting 42 years ago. when I retired I started quilting in my spare time. I just love it. I have sooo many projects lined up it is crazy!! You did a great job. I garden, I can, sew, quilt, crochet. It was my grandmother from Mississippi that quilted. by the time I was old enough to quilt, she was too old to continue quilt. When she passed away I took my first and only quilting class in her honor and fell in love with it. You are the person I want to follow. We have so much in common. You are honest, down to earth and real. I will be by your side on this journey. (posted December 21st) Oh North Louisiana! I live in the Texas Panhandle but it has been years since I have been to Shreveport , Ruston. My Mother was from there and we would go there 2 times a year, I just loved it there and the food was so wonderful. I miss my trips there so much. All the "Old relatives" we visited have passed on as well as my parents and lost touch with the younger ones so no one close to go visit any longer. My Dad was from Meridian Mississippi. Same story there. No one to go see any longer.Your accent brings me home again.
Oh I am so happy! Welcome! I still work a full 40, I am a new grammy to 1 but will be 2 within 24 hours, I picked up quilting for my grandbabies because my grandmother made us things as children that I still have and wanted to pass on something that she loved as well.
Hi Cathy! I wish I'd found your channel when you first came on. But I'm bound and determined to watch all your videos and hoping that will help your channel.
I am so anxious to see what you are working on as well as any other topics you want to share with us. Plus any reviews of subscription boxes you have seen. I don't have any and it is so fun to see what is out there. You are a joy to watch.
Hello! I stumbled across your RUclips video this evening and I love it!! I have not heard of the Quilty Box you showed and I’m head-over-heels in love 😊with the fabrics! Plus, I love how honest and sweet you are in talking about where and what you are trying to do with your videos/channel. Well, don’t worry!! You just got another new subscriber! Just video and put out what you want to- keep it from the heart- and we will keep watching and more will join!! 💜 Happy Quilting and Sewing!!
Perfectly imperfect! Love that. I think it applies to everyone. I personally love English paper piecing. It is calming to me. I look forward to more videos. ❤
Hi Sue. Mrs. Quilty is great for someone trying to get back into practice with sewing. Please keep watching as I receive new boxes, I will do a review.
I really like the Sew Sampler from Fat Quarter Shop...they are great as well. I am really loving the fabrics in the Mrs Quilty box....thanks for sharing
Enjoyed your unboxing. Never heard of Mrs. Quilty before. I would recommend when showing the items, point your camera down on the box so we can see the fabrics and notions better. Then later when you're talking, you can bring the camera back on you.
Thank you for the pointers. I am new to this videoing thing and still trying to get a handle on how to do the whole thing. Learning to do a lot of cropping. Thank you for watching.
I hope to have a video coming out soon of the pillow but I did find a few flaws in the steps (a diagram referenced in the steps is not included in the booklet and I am doing these with eyes of a newbie). I am currently waiting on Mrs. Quilty customer service to reply back to me. I agree as well. I LOVE these fabrics!
I have family who lives in West Monroe, La. I bought one of the Mrs Guilty boxes. The quality was very good. I have so much fabric that I’m not buying the boxes. I just can’t justify buying more.
I live further east and we have been under and extreme heat advisory for 2 days. Bless you for sure though because your area has had some not so friendly weather too this year.
The fabrics are so pretty and I love watching your video. I have read that the booklet doesn't come with instructions on how to piece all the blocks or are poorly written. Did you find this to be true?
I have and I have reached out to Mrs. Quilty to get additional instructions. That will be in an upcoming video of the project that I completed from this box.
This is the Mrs. Quilty monthly subscription box. There is no selvage with the line this fabric is from but I would say that you do not want to take this fabric and make an heirloom quilt from it. This fabric is more suitable for the learner that has to take seams out several times as it is a thicker fabric.
Hi Cathy - I checked the only link and not sure why it isn't hyperlinking. I am trying to figure that out. You can copy and paste into your browser and it will go that way. Please bare with me while I learn all the in's and out's of how to get things working.
I enjoy seeing you I like you because you are real and down to earth I quilt to but I think I could do better I'm on a senor budget so glad you give good advice thank you
You are so welcome. It has been a journey learning all the things and I am still learning.
Good job. The fabric looks pretty.
Thank you! 😊
Perfectly imperfect, that is me😊 I to am self taught when it comes to quilting. So glad I happened upon your post 🪡🧵☺️🌻
Thank you for watching! None of us are perfect and that is what makes us perfect. I am happy you enjoyed.

There are a lot of them but thank you!
I enjoyed your video. I’ll be back.
Thank you, Stacy. I do hope to be able to keep providing new content that interests everyone.

I completely understand. My stash is getting large as well.
I live in Dallas now but grew up in Shreveport!
I live further east and we have been under and extreme heat advisory for 2 days. Bless you for sure though because your area has had some not so friendly weather too this year.
I want to buy🎉
Their boxes do not go by month - they go by what number box you are getting. Thanks for watching!

Neat fabrics but that link doesn't work!
Which link is not working? I will check on it.
