Quick & Easy Homemade Dried Shrimp - Done in 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
You will need 800g-1000g raw peeled frozen prawns.
Tesco Raw King Prawns 170G x 2 packs
Morrisons The Best Raw Peeled King Prawns 225g x 2 packs
Sprinkle some sea salt and rinse under clean running water and drain it thoroughly.
Seasoning:
Add a tablespoon and half of sea salt.
A tablespoon and half of high alcohol.
A tablespoon and half of brown granulated sugar.
Add seasoning and no need for marinade.
Direction:
Transfer to a pan, without adding any oil. Cook the prawns over medium heat until they are turned into orange in colour and curled into a nice C shape. Strain out the excess liquid and transfer to the wire racks. Preheat the air fryer oven 80/90C for 45 minutes. It depends on the size of the prawns for the baking time. Fresh dried shrimps that are beautiful oranges. They become brown with age and also their flavour over a long period of time. Set aside to cool completely. Store them airtight in the freezer within 1-2 months. or keep in the refrigerator for shorter periods of time, less than 1 month.

Hello, does it have to be an airfryer? Dont have one but I have an oven. Also can these shrimp be grounded up afterwards?
I used an air fryer oven, so you can go with either an air fryer or a regular oven. No need to preheat it below 100°C. My method really speeds up the drying process compared to a food dehydrator, which can take over 10 hours ruclips.net/video/gS5GfKrnsfM/видео.html or sun drying that can take days. With my approach, everything gets done in just 60 minutes!
Why not? I've been using these homemade dried shrimp to grind up and make shrimp chili sauce for cooking or dipping, and also for filling rice dumplings.
