Will have to try your salt and pepper shrimp recipe...do you add salt and pepper to the shrimp or to onion/jalepeno mixture..noticed it's different in your other video. Btw, I am a dentist and your video brought back memories from 25 years ago...like the wax ups. Good luck in dental school. I can tell by your sharp cooking skills, you will do great!
I learned in college while working at a restaurant! First I had to learn how to flip uncooked rice. Then I had to learn to cook a fried rice that was acceptable in taste and technique to the other cooks. After that I could finally graduate to learning other dishes 😁 I would add S&P to the shrimp!! And thank you so much! I can't wait to go back to practicing hand skills again 😭
