Good morning blessed Friday beautiful video
Damn. You have restaurant-level wok skills. Respect!. I tried to make this at home, but don't have a 20,000 BTU burner like you have. Doesn't quite fry up the same.
Thank you!! 🙏 True true wok hei really puts it over the top. If you're ever looking to upgrade to wok range, we got ours off eBay haha 🙂
Wow
I added Lemon and fish sauce. Bomb!
Yummy
Very Good❤

Everyone needs a wok setup in their backyard.
Skills !!!!
Bro...THANK YOU!!!
Great skills man ! 💯💯
Thank you! 🙏
Nicely done! Eating the heads is the best part!
Thank you and they are!
@@takeoutmadeeasy, when you say 'eating the heads' do you consume the whole head (one bite at a time of course) or do you just suck out the internals??
@@familyaccount5365 Once you deep fry them, the head juices kind of solidify so it's better to eat the whole head like a chip haha!
Ok. I need an invite. Yum
This guy ain't playing with this wok!!.. That oil hot as hell if it ever catch yu.. Omg... Lovely dish 👌👌😂😏😉💯👌
Awesome! Where did you get that amazing Outdoor stove/wok set up?

Looks sooo delicious! I feel inspired!! Awesome job from start to finish!!
You’re AMAZING. I’m blown away by your cooking skills. The BEST!
Where did you buy your stove? Please I really like it
That's how its done in Chinatown restos in TO!!
Question: Do you peel the shrimp to eat them after this or eat them whole, shell and all?
I got to learn how to flip that shrimp!!! lol
Hello, just came across your channel and your cooking skills are amazing! May I ask how you learned how to cook like this? Will have to try your salt and pepper shrimp recipe...do you add salt and pepper to the shrimp or to onion/jalepeno mixture..noticed it's different in your other video.
Btw, I am a dentist and your video brought back memories from 25 years ago...like the wax ups. Good luck in dental school. I can tell by your sharp cooking skills, you will do great!
I learned in college while working at a restaurant! First I had to learn how to flip uncooked rice. Then I had to learn to cook a fried rice that was acceptable in taste and technique to the other cooks. After that I could finally graduate to learning other dishes 😁 I would add S&P to the shrimp!!
And thank you so much! I can't wait to go back to practicing hand skills again 😭
Nice vid! How do you dispose/store the hot oil between deep fry and sauté?
Thank you! We use a big metal oil canister
Nice job!
Thank you! 🙏
My favorite entree! BTW where did your get that ideal high power burner?
One of my favorites as well! I got it off eBay: www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-iDEAL-18-Commercial-Wok-Range-Restaurant-Stir-Fry-Chinese-Food-USA-Made/153600505473?hash=item23c34db681:g:Td8AAOSwzyBbkGrz
Hey! Curious, I saw the wet batter recipe but I didn’t see in the video or I missed it? Is it just an option for just using cornstarch? Thanks!
hummmmmmmmmmm
👍
Damn!!! Talk about wok the talk 🤯
❤
need that flamethrower burner to get the right texture and taste
😋😎
I have a problem with the shell peeling off while cooking. Am I doing something wrong?
What wok station setup is thst?
One video you used flour this video you used cornstarch which one is better?
They both work well. But if you had a choice, cornstarch is the better choice bc it gives a lighter and crunchier coating.
how have you been man? hope everything is well and you're still getting down in the wok
I've been well. Thanks for asking 🙂 planning to make a comeback soon
What it’s better to use Corn starch or Regular Flour Thanks 😊
I like a mix but if I had to choose 1... cornstarch!
Where did you buy the gas burner?
