Just picked up a 10ml travel spray of Bright Leather at Ross for $9. I was impressed and regret not grabbing the 100ml for $39. It was gone when I went back.
Gentleman Society Extreme is now my signature scent! It comes off my skin with a caramel/smokey/sweet aroma. I love it.
I tried it and I didn't think I would like it but I loved it and probably guna get a bottle
I have a bottle of the regular version and a travel version of the extreme. Im tempted to mix it into the bottle, lol

I love the new Givenchy! The only thing is that for me it actually smells really "intense", so I guess for me it's not really suitable for the summer. Great Video!

Just got in gentleman society extreme after trying the edp on a tester and loving it. Worth the purchase, soft opening but you get that sweet soft vanilla ice coffee, woody bits, lasts all day, its mature and amazing
I used to hate olives. I presevered and tried them about once a year. Took a while, but now I can enjoy them 😅 Some things are an acquired taste.

I love the smell of Jo Malone Tonka and Myrhh but heard it doesn’t last long seeing the Myrhh and Tonka in the note breakdown has me somewhat interested in the Michael Malone London.
Never will forget getting the OG red tobacco. Sprayed it twice and my whole house smelt like it. The trail is amazing but boy that opening is something else.
I had that experience but in reverse, where I wanted to scrub it off my body ASAP. I think it was just 2 sprays out of one of those little sample vials on each wrist. To be fair, I didn't exactly give it a chance to dry down, but if that little spray created a radioactive cloud of that magnitude for hours... that's just not for me, I guess.
I had to give away my bottle of red tobacco. The dry down is wonderful but that opening was too much for me to handle. It smelled like I smoked an entire pack.
@@blee1234us Why not just spray it ahead of time? Used to do that with CDNI (before they fixed it) to avoid the sharp lemon pledge cleaner opening.
@@squidikka fair question, but the problem is that I still had to smell it. Putting it on 2 hours before going out solves the problem for everyone else but not for me.
I also feel the same way about Oud. There are a few scents I've tried that I really want to like, but it's hard for me to get past the Oud smell. Example is Haltane... I've come back to it a few times, but it's tough for me to manage.
I love Absolu Aventus and my wife LOVES it. There have been many days that I had to make myself NOT wear it.

I think he’s talking about a plastic stand that they sit on. Bvlgari aqva does not stand up on its own. Testers have stands I believe

If I were to pick 5 that I own to wear every day, I'd pick Dylan Blue, Ferragamo F Black, Montblanc Individuel, Gentleman Boisee, Bentley Intense. Others are better but not for every day wear. I love Encre Noir, Bottled Elixir, Spicebomb XT, Prada Luna Rosa Ocean, Rabanne Black XS et al, but they aren't everyday scents.
Ferragamo intense leather is great too!

Honestly, Dylan blue is by far the nicest of the big designer blue fragrances.

I remember asking an ex to buy me a bottle of Aqua pour Homme I saw at a discounter, she went back and picked up a flanker that was the same price that was 10+ years ago and I still think about that bottle today. Seeing Ash list it today may be the revelation I needed but where will I place that awkward styled container?
Make a point to buy a tester so you'll get a little display stand with it. Then put it on any shelf

My Absolu Aventus is very nicely smoky in the dry down.
I haven't tried the original. The Dua version, Poseidon's Absolu Elixir has a slight smoke and leather (to my nose) despite neither being in the note breakdown.
The $40 (on sale) Dua smells so amazing that I have no curiosity for the full pop OG.

@BasicBrute Versace in general is just a really solid designer house. I haven't smelled anything from them that was unpleasant, and their collection has something for every time of year. Plus their prices are better than most equally well-known designers

Love some of those selections, have a few too. However, I have to agree with your wife. I’m a card carrying member of the Iris Haters Alliance. The fragrances I like that contain Iris are in spite of it and would be much better (to me) without it. To each their own though.
Aventus Absolu is discontinued now as it no longer appears on the Creed website and is shown as such when you search via Creed.

I'm guilty of having the Caveman 6.7 oz Dylan Blue that I'm surprised is halfway gone now 😂😂😂😂😂Only thing I have a problem with with 200ml bottles is I have small hands so hafta use two hands 😂😂😂😂😂 that sounded bad but I'm sure I'm not the only one out there 😅

For me Dylan blue after reformulation are less long-lasting and have less projection
I paid less than 350 for each of my two bottles of Absolu Aventus. No regrets. Roja Dove has some 50mls for more money than 75ml of Absolu Aventus.
Paid $40 for the Dua version and, while I haven't tried the original, the Dua "Poseidon's Absolu Elixir" is the most amazing fragrance I've ever smelled in 30 some years since I first noticed colognes.
