  • In this episode, we take on an exciting challenge as we attempt to fabricate a one-of-a-kind sissy bar from scratch for the Harley-Davidson Sportster chopper! Witness the fusion of form and function as we create a sissy bar that seamlessly marries style and sharp things.
This isn't your Uncle's sissy bar - this bad boy incorporates a removable bayonet into the sissy bar using the patented "bikini shealth" design. This clever addition adds a touch of playfulness and versatility to the chopper, allowing for quick pokes and endless opportunities for shanking foos.

Nice work man. I love using Oxy Acetylene touches for stuff like this!

I enjoyed this process way more than I should have. I plan on making a couple more sissy's and selling them at the next cycle swap!

One thing you might want to do next time is use a piece of wood inside the scabbard to deal with the rattleing. Other than that Nice piece.

Thanks for the insight! I'm definitely considering different materials to keep the bayonet from rattling. On my shadow I used leather and that worked beautifully until the leather got weird haha.

@@SUPPORTYOURSELF oh yeah I remember that one! Leather is definitely a good material! That shadow is badass. Keep doing your thang man!
