Mating the T56 to the LS1 - 240sx LS1 Swap

In this video we finally get the flywheel, clutch, transmission and starter tossed together as the final step in the LS1 swap preparation process. In the next one, we should be getting the motor and trans slapped in the car!

Great video. I've never swapped an engine, much less mated one to a transmission and i'm really wanting to take on another project so this is gonna be one of the videos I use for reference. I plan on dropping a 4.0 into a jeep cherokee.

Need more input! Ran across your video researching what i need to put an ls in a near perfect body 04 mach 1 mustang with bad motor.. it has a tremec and curious whats needed to bolt to ls?
#1 Pilot bearing needed in what was auto ls?
#2 bell housing bolt pattern same as fords 24 valve 4.6? Cheapest way to get one if not like used off another car?
What clutch, flywheel is needed is it same blot pattern to mustang motor as ls. Love your videos but what did u use between motor and trans? 30 years car experience, 0 years swaping ls lol
