    I HOPE to feel the changes you talk about. We were in ahead-on collision and I have to wear a neck brace and back brace. This REALLY will help me heal!

    Cynthia, you are looking great and this new hair style, it does wonders for your face. And a youthful look as well... Very nice and I tried to follow you with the shoulder exercises. They have worked to ease up
    a painful rotor cuff. Many thanks for the instructions

    This reminds me of standing qiqong, there’s lots of spontaneous bouncing and shaking that starts happening after standing for awhile, and it has tremendous effects of releasing chronic tensions at least temporarily.

    Hi Cynthia. Thanks so much for your video. Ive got a thoracic t10 old spinal fracture. I'm not in pain. But have problems walking. I'm just wondering if the bouncing part of the exercise is beneficial for this type of condition. Thanking you for sharing. I wish you all the best as you move freely through life.

      Hi Pauline. You need to learn how to bring yourself into alignment to get value and there will likely be more to it for you than this video. Also be fully healed from the fracture and released for movement by your physician.

    Is a copy of the study available? I’d love to show my neurologist. He knows my balance has improved because of Feldenkrais. Thank you.

    Nice to meet you, I am learning Bones for Life in Japan.
    Why do you make a loud popping sound when you fly? Is it ineffective to fly without making a sound?

      Congrats on being on the Bones for Life program in Japan. Are you asking why the ears making a popping noise when you fly?

      Thanks for the reply. Why do you say "panpan" and bounce?

    • @Futurelifenow
      @Futurelifenow  7 месяцев назад

      We say "Pum, pum." It helps us keep a light easy rhythm and makes sure we keep breathing.

      The movements within this video are design to improve posture and balance but can also help with neck and back pain as well. Thanks for asking.

    Cynthia, will the gentle bouncing relieve sudden onset heel pain?

    • @Futurelifenow
      @Futurelifenow  3 года назад

      I would be very cautious using this with heel pain.

    • @joannej6895

      @@Futurelifenow Thank you. Is there anything you would suggest for heel pain?

    • @Futurelifenow
      @Futurelifenow  3 года назад

      @@joannej6895 There can be different reasons for heel pain. But you might just try an inexpensive Dr. Scholl's orthotic/insert in your shoe and see if that makes a difference. And also see your doctor just in case it is something that needs medical care.
