Okay, so from what I've researched, you're supposed to take a palette knife/any kind of small knife to work away at the chunks and once it finally starts to be liquidy, THEN use the hand mixer.
As soon as you got out that frother I knew exactly what was going to happen 😭😭😭 those are for making lattes and stuff, they’re meant to mix like a pint glass worth of liquid
Use soft scrub to get rid of any stains! Add a little bit on a paper towel, wet it, scrub, then wash it and dry it to make sure it doesn't get stuck there. Hope it helps!
You also don’t need to make your gouache creamy again if you don’t want, simply add water to it again and it becomes like watercolors, although it may not work for your series lol
I felt that comment about getting paint off the walls and blinds like a shot to the heart. I've been there. I just decided it was now a work of art and was a visual representation of my frustration.
You can get jugs of distilled water at basically any grocery store. If you can't find it with the purified/drinking water, check the baby section. It's water that's been evaporated and collected from condensation, making it free of minerals and impurities. It's used for humidifiers and to clean machines and such, since it doesn't leave mineral residue like tap or purified water.
I suggest keeping a damp kitchen towl or damp paper towels covering the paint in the container, then switch it out everytime u use it, to keep the moisture
Most paints shouldn't need to be fought to do their thing. If they're water activated, the water will activate them. Patience really does pay off. Glad the video ended how it did
I neeeed to try gouache, I still have absolutely zero experience with it but it looks so cool!! It’s hard to buy new paint when I have so much I need to use 😭
yesss this is what I do as well. I spray it with water, let it sit overnight and the next day I spray it again before mixing it up with a small pallette knife (got mine from winsor & newton, I swear I have never seen such a tiny pallette knife before) and it's all good!!
Try using a stain remover or artist soap that is meant to remove dried paint/dye stains on the blinds, Opus sells Kiss Off stain remover and artist hand soap. The walls would be a paint scraper/repainting-maybe soaking the paint with a cleaner.
If you just let the water sit, it will soften over the day so you can mix it with your brush. Little hack we used in art school! And for the blinds, just get acetone! It removes nail polish so it will remove the paint too!
I use a small palette knife to mix it. I let it sit in some like you did there and then after I mix it around with the palette knife I can easily scrape off all of the excess paint back into the little container.
Use medium! I use paint medium all the time for my gauche! It might make it a little glossy but medium is amazing. WARNING: do NOT use matte medium as that will thin out and dry out your gauche PERMANENTLY! Can’t wait to see you get back to painting!
Hello! I wish you much luck with the flecks of paint all over. Tiny dabs of rubbing alcohol might help but also might damage the surface underneath, so it is a gamble. Good luck!
I can't think of anything aside from using (distilled) water+pallette knife/toothpick. Covering it with plastic wrap after might help it from drying out by trapping the moisture, but I'm not too sure since it might turn moldy instead
If your blinds are white, you can paint them in cool colors and patterns, then you cant see the gouache anymore. Idk how to get it out but i hope that helped.
20 Mule Team Borax. Put a little on a damp washcloth and scrub it against the stained surface, then scrub away residue with a clean damp washcloth and dry. I know the slime trends have popularized Borax as an activating agent, but its performance in its original intent as a cleaning agent is second to none. I've literally gotten blood out of whites with this stuff!
Degreaser spray is good for paint removal and the mixer is to be used after the water softens the paint enough that way you just get any spare clumbs hiding in the paint and smooth it with the mixer
Amazing I am so glad your ready to c9me back take your time with it also I had an idea it's my sons 6th birthday in 4 days and he would love if you could do a pokemon themed one tysm we will follow u till the end ❤❤❤
You have to put water and let it rehydrate for a few hours. I let them overnight. Then you could mix them with a spatula or your gouache mixer. Have fun! 😊
Temi, distilled water is water that is collected from steam. Easy to make it, just a lotta energy. It’s pretty much the steam that comes out of the kettle when the water is boiling.
Gouache doesn't have to be creamy to work, just add a bit of water and that's it you can work with it like that, after you run your brush on it just a bit you'll have enough pigmentation, it works just like those hard watercolors for kids
Just reactivate the gouache by adding water then wipe it down, add water until the color looks diluted then let dry or just soak in water if on cloth (removing gouache stains)
temi save the mixer to make me lattes😭

respectfully, why use the handmixer at all...?
More smoothness I guess
@@kiaretts1102 there's also a paint mixer online, but I'm assuming that would be redundant since she was willing to use her own hand mixer
don't use a hand mixer.. it has literally no point and you would make a mess 100% and waste product.. just soak it
Yes... Or don't use the hand mixer at all
As soon as you got out that frother I knew exactly what was going to happen 😭😭😭 those are for making lattes and stuff, they’re meant to mix like a pint glass worth of liquid

Ahhh! Looking forward to the continuation of this series 😂😂😂
The fact that its been almost a year since pantober is crazy💀
Right?

Your art is amazing. It really is inspiring to see and helps me find more creativity when I'm not feeling as imaginative. :)
Yay, you made it back to the table! It's inspiring to see. I'm looking forward to seeing your series and growth comtinue!

ilysm girl i can’t wait for the series to continue! ❤❤❤
Ma’am I’m offended that you’re so damn talented and so incredibly stunning at the same time! Leave something for the rest of us!
I have skill envy! You are amazing and so is your art!
Temi your voice calms me down so much ♥️

So happy to see you back 😍
Hey Temi! I love ur 30 day gouache painting challenge and if this helps I think with soapy warm water and a mr clean magic eraser 😊
So talented, cant wait to see more of the series!
It looks nice on the walls! I dare you to paint your walls with the paint and the coffee mixer! :3

Yes, big jugs that will last a long time, for just a few dollars.
Girl you literally influence me. I bought the 120 alcohol markers after seeing ur RUclips videos and now I ordered the flower girl colouring book ❤❤
What markers ?
@@stephanieplata3743 alcohol markers
it's actually a good thing that your gouache dries up! if it stays wet, then mold might grow on it.
If you’re using tap water, but I believe the purpose of using distilled water is so that it doesn’t :)
Video aside, I was looking at her and she is so prettyyyyyyyyyy😩💕

I don't know but paintings of the eye are really my faves ❤❤
For the cleanup I would try magic eraser, good luck!
I love your top!
I've been dying to see what you make next
For the walls and blinds, maybe just paint over it with a matching color or gouache. Idk but if the tan one can stain than another one should
I love this series
I just found this channel. I can’t believe your paintings. You’re so talented!! I’d love to paint like this 🥹
My heart stopped when you went to use the mixer in the palette 😳😳
yesss this is what I do as well. I spray it with water, let it sit overnight and the next day I spray it again before mixing it up with a small pallette knife (got mine from winsor & newton, I swear I have never seen such a tiny pallette knife before) and it's all good!!
I recommend Magic Eraser for the blinds and walls... From personal experience 😭😭 either the store brand or name brand will work fine.
Im so glad you posted this because i know im going to have this problem some day.
Glad to know they're able to reconstitute that well.😮
Ngl it was sooo silly to use that mixer girl 😂😂 love u x
I've seen Gauche before but never really wanted to use it, but she has really made me want to try it 😄
I love how you say "water" 😊

Its literally a water soluble paint so warm water and a little dish soap will do the trick just fine
they sell a gouache activator in their shop! i bought it before and it works like a charm.

So to get the paint of the curtain’s i recommend eucalyptus oils or some detol maybe other wise goodluck with the paint :)
I got gouache paint a few days ago and I already love it
Wow ok thx I love your art also keep up the good work:3

“Look at those CRACKS!-“😭😂
Distilled water is used for aroma diffusers and if you have sleep apnea, it’s used for that too for the masks that you have to wear.
Can u plzz do coffee themed gauche I subbed❤
I'd recommend putting a funnel or plastic around the paint when you use the mixer.
Hello! I wish you much luck with the flecks of paint all over. Tiny dabs of rubbing alcohol might help but also might damage the surface underneath, so it is a gamble. Good luck!
I think that's easily solved if she mix a little paint and alcohol to see the reaction
I can't think of anything aside from using (distilled) water+pallette knife/toothpick. Covering it with plastic wrap after might help it from drying out by trapping the moisture, but I'm not too sure since it might turn moldy instead
Lol just paint the blinds in gouche
This is the way
Woow it’s so good!!!
Can you draw some character of encanto please??

Hey Temi, you can use Clorox wipes or spray for the walls and blinds.
If that doesn’t work, I don’t know what to tell you

Me: No, YOU'RE so smooth 😌😏...
wow! pantober has turned into panuly 😂
You should try getting food-grade glycerine which does work as a humectant and it'll keep the paint moist.
I have those jelly paints- but the 18 pan I think - it hasn't dried out like that at all - I just spray it with water heavily before putting it away.
For the blinds not really to get it out but you could do it with different colours all over your blinds? Or try vinegar+ baking soda
That ✨WATA✨ is iconic
Girl i have been waiting for your next video
TRY NAIL POLISH REMOVER MAYBE I AM NOT SURE💗
I always use a pallet knife to mix it again. But I am often lazy and only do the colors I need or only spray some water and then use it
Mines is moldy 🙃but get a pallete knife, scoop them out one at a time and re mix them on a palette tray and then place it back in its spot
Wize words of Temi:
I hear people talking about using distilled watAAAAAAA
First!
Finaly ur back!😊❤❤
I norm use pallet knifes for mixing my gouache it rlly easy to mix with them 😂
“WUH-TAH”
i always just take the cups out and use a paint knife to mush the paint till smooth
Hehehe ‘Watah’😂😂 cute
You can always mix it using the end of your brush or pallette knife after letinf it sit in a load of water for some time
I use a pallet knife and it works like a charm!

The hand mixer never worked for me either. 😂
Try with alcohol above 90° It dissolves some paints, like acrylic and gouache...
Just reactivate the gouache by adding water then wipe it down, add water until the color looks diluted then let dry or just soak in water if on cloth (removing gouache stains)
