I honestly really enjoy the retro game system sets Lego are producing.
I was born around 2007 and my dad raised me with old technology plus a mix of new one too. I used to have a CRT and VCR, plus an iPad and Windows 7. I also had an NES and played the Atari at ZapCon so many times. I used to play Donkey Kong, Mario Bros, Centipede, and ET.

Man, I was watching this channel since I was really young and he used to build simple sets and now seeing him build something like a Nintendo system is just amazing how far this channel has come, thank you for a good childhood

Nice video, makes me want one. It was called the Video Computer System upon release in 1977. It did not become the 2600 until 1982, when Atari released the 5200. This version is the 4-switch model released in 1980.
About the back, the hole near the bottom is probably meant to simulate the video cable, which was hard wired inside the system. The hole at the top, right in the middle is the power port.

i say they are both great. its a tie, one cant be better than the other in my opinion. the NES had one game but a TV that has the game on it. While the 2600 is just a console with 3 iconic games, but also a little secret, and 3 little models of each game. But i hope it goes well in your collection DT.
