At the price of MYR 6,499, it's an easy Sony Xperia 1 vi for me. You can miss me about having "long software support" when people buy phones from telco and return them after every year or two anyway. Also, I get 4K/120fps video recording capability across all three cameras and the still-relevant 3.5mm audio jack alongside a microSD card slot. It's an absolute no-brainer, really.
I was going to an iPhone 16 pro max. But I am questioning myself if i should wait for iPhone 17. I am still on iPhone 13 pro max and refused to upgrade because of the little increases in innovation. What do we get now? Usb c, the options button? I am not bothered or have any interest in the options button. I love ios 18 and it makes the iPhone more interesting. But I am feeling that upgrading is not a worthwhile upgrade and a waste of money. I might actually go to a fold 6 instead. The s24 ultra is an excellent phone.
I have the standard 15, after 11 months battery health is still at 100%. I’m starting to not brlieve it. Also, 5G is more predominant here in the past 12 months than before and it drains the battery quicker than 4G in daily use. Was the 14 pro you had before mostly on 5G?
