i wish more of their shows were officially videod, especially the richie era. dee dee was in the band and they played fast with the original style instead of this ultra fast style where they kinda skipped alot of the important 8th notes which ramones was based on
Excellent post. I saw them in Bristol on this tour. It's great to hear live versions of the Mondo Bizarro tracks that I've not heard since that night. One thing about being older than many who comment here is that I got to see them 5 times, some of the best memories of my life so far.
Yeah, The Ramones found 1 sound and 1 concept that kicks asses, and it was brilliant. So later Iron Maiden since Bruce Dickinson came in band. R.E.M. and U2, they also do the same again and again and it works. Rest in Peace my Friend from America, you gave your best.
Life's too short but the songs are never short enough The Ramones are like their songs they're fast quick and they're like a meteorite burning up in the atmosphere they're beautiful while they're there and then they're gone you maybe never see it again but you keep your eyes open waiting and wondering and hoping but it's very doubtful God bless those guys I feel blessed to have known them even if it was on a limited scale the best influence I've ever had in my whole life more than my father my priest and my dog Fido

Um dia de outubro muito quente, no meio do show do Sepultura, caiu não uma chuva, mas uma tempestade!!! Raios caiam ao lado das caixas de som, foi irado, e o Max guturando!! Cortaram o show para dar a vez ao Ramones, com medo de faltar luz e a galera ficar sem os FERAS!! Lembranças que jamais esquecerei...O medo da tempestade com o RAMONES na minha frente!!
