What a fake lady Rita of India is....in her Miss World answer she said "I want to be Doctor because India needs Doctors" and after she won she completed her studies, she got married and went to Dublin and worked there and lived there all her life.... horrible 😭
That's cos she fell in love with an Irishman, whilst studying in London. Love makes people do different things, and priorities change. They're still married to each other and she did continue practising medicine for years.
