I choose my word of the year to be FOCUS. I'm hoping to have better focus on the things I want to do, to pick the big things that matter to me based on the goals I set for the start of the year and and carry that throughout the rest of the year too. I have often started one thing than moved on to something different in a few weeks or so when I find something else to be more interesting and I don't want to do that any more.

I can totally relate! It's so hard to stay focused when you're looking at a full year at a time, sometimes breaking goals up into monthly or quarterly stretches can help! So instead of thinking "I need to do x everyday for the next year" it just becomes "I need to do x everyday for this month" and then you expand from there!

Oh I love "Reaching" as your word! And that's a great idea, so it's the first thing you see and starts your day with a bit of motivation! Love it!
