You can’t move forward without knowing where you’ve been. But you also can’t move forward without knowing where you are, right now.
That’s what this life audit is for, to look at your life in a wholistic way to really understand where there may be an imbalance. Maybe you think, day to day, that the imbalance is in one area, but in going through this exercise you find that it’s actually something else that’s weighing you down!
