Finally someone who appreciates Kyungsoo and Haechan's voice as much as I do, I don't know a word about music technicalities but these 2 voices, I will be listening million voices at once still I will be able to identify these two voices... my dream collaboration is D.O.x Chanyeol x Markx Haechan, just a simple acoustic performance it would be such a treat, SMTOWN make it happen!!!!!
You can't just not like Haechan. It's physically impossible. He has not only got a great voice but he's an incredible dancer as well. He is a really people's man as you said he is just captivating. He seems really smart as well because he can come up with really fun jokes on the spot and if you watch dance practises you can see that he often finds clever ways to dance smartly (you should see how he falls backs on his hands in cherry bomb when the other's fall right on their back.). Everything about him is just so nice. It really says something too when there are 23 members in NCT and all twenty-two of them just adore him!
I prefer Chen's style of singing over Kyungsoo's but on the other hand, I love Kyungsoo's voice more. For me, it mostly depends on the song and the part and 'context' they're put in. If that makes any sense.

We have the Same taste in vocalists!! So, Ksoo’s voice in call me baby was also the one who got me as an exo-L. When he sang: baby girl.. i was hooked. Then I listened to Tell me what is love - that is his masterpiece! Like ok, I was probably very very late in stanning exo, but who cared, lemme be an exo-L 😂. Then along the journey I’m also in love with baek’s voice coz naturally I really adore falsetto voice and he’s my favorite XD
100% agree about Haechan, DK, Hui, and Donghun. I'm just starting to get into Infinite, BTOB, and VIXX so I'm excited about discovering the vocals in those groups. If you have time, I would recommend checking out N.Flying. Hweseung is personally one of the best vocalists I've heard in kpop and Seunghyub's deeper voice blends perfectly with his when they harmonize. Thanks for a great video!
I second that! Some of my favourite harmonies I've heard in kpop so far have been theirs. I've only been an N.Flying fan since November, but I can confidently say they are among my top kpop artists. theres just something about dokyeom's voice that is so addicting to the ears. if we talk about techniques im sure there are still more vocalists with even or much better techniques out there but for years ive been searching for the kind of main vocalist that intrigues me everytime they sing and tbh.. i only found that in dokyeom. the one voice that keeps you wanting more and more because his voice is like drugs. he has the grit he has the perfect tone he has the falsettos he has the crazy belts he has the variety of vocal choices he has the emotion he has the vocal control he has everything to be big he can literally sing beautifully in any genre and people should really acknowledge him as one of the top vocalists in kpop. everytime he sings so beautifully you feel like crying because not only he sounds like a warm hug but also his way of delivering emotions through facial expressions.. the way he potrayed the emotion in his voice and the lyrics perfectly with his face is soo heart wrenching. everytime he belts you will be left in awe of his vocal capabilities and how he keeps on pushing his own boundaries for it every single day. and the fact that you can actually see the process of him improving his vocals from debut until now makes me so proud of him.. he worked really hard for it. thank you for including him on this list and thank you for loving his voice as much as i am! his voice heals me and saves me from every obstacles in life ❤

I was scrolling the comments section while watching the video to find out who got in from Seventeen and there was no mention of any of the member’s names. So I’m just here to bring his name to light. Yes. I absolutely agree. DK has the best voice ever. All of his parts are my favourite, whether B-sides or title tracks. My particular favourites would have to be his pre chorus in Fallin’ Flower and his opening in Let Me Hear You Say. Ugh truly unmatched. Also, that Inmortal Song clip of DK belting out that note? YES! What a great opening to a great rendition of Tell Me. Also, I feel like DK’s adlibs really add a whole lot more to their performances. I have watched some of your videos before (I also love me a good vocalist when it comes to kpop) and I mostly agreed with them, but this, THIS, holy moly, I've never seen anyone that matched my taste in kpop so well. ; v ; I mean, when you talked about Haechan I was like "god yes, that's it, that's what I'm thinking as well, wow", then you said you loved Seventeen and DK is the main reason of it (same here, he was the one who got me into SVT) and then, then came Do Kyungsoo, my ult bias and ultimate fave (EXO) vocalist on the first place and I was done. So, Ksoo’s voice in call me baby was also the one who got me as an exo-L. When he sang: baby girl.. i was hooked. Then I listened to Tell me what is love - that is his masterpiece! Like ok, I was probably very very late in stanning exo, but who cared, lemme be an exo-L 😂. Then along the journey I’m also in love with baek’s voice coz naturally I really adore falsetto voice and he’s my favorite XD

100% agree about Haechan, DK, Hui, and Donghun. I'm just starting to get into Infinite, BTOB, and VIXX so I'm excited about discovering the vocals in those groups. If you have time, I would recommend checking out N.Flying. Hweseung is personally one of the best vocalists I've heard in kpop and Seunghyub's deeper voice blends perfectly with his when they harmonize. Thanks for a great video!
I second that! Some of my favourite harmonies I've heard in kpop so far have been theirs. I've only been an N.Flying fan since November, but I can confidently say they are among my top kpop artists. Don't even get me started on their arrangements of covers. Their Immortal Song 2 performances are definitely worth listening to. The Immortal Song 2 performance you linked is also my personal favorite and I come back to it constantly. My other favorite performances from them are the live videos they posted from the Fly High Project, especially Fall With You, The Real, Autumn Dream, 4242, and Waiting For. I wish more people knew about them since they are extremely talented and their music is incredible.

That song for D.O that's what made me fall in love it his voice. His and Slowing from the Rose are some of my favorite voices. Slowing for his raspy voice. For Seventeen Habit made me like Seungkwan and DK voice and the way they sound so good together.

Both hui and jinho are amazing as main vocalists my personal fav is jinho but sometimes i think some songs suit hui s voice better they both got very different amazing powerful voices and that s what made me fall for pentagon they re both my biaises in pentagon

theres just something about dokyeom's voice that is so addicting to the ears.
if we talk about techniques im sure there are still more vocalists with even or much better techniques out there but for years ive been searching for the kind of main vocalist that intrigues me everytime they sing and tbh.. i only found that in dokyeom. the one voice that keeps you wanting more and more because his voice is like drugs. he has the grit he has the perfect tone he has the falsettos he has the crazy belts he has the variety of vocal choices he has the emotion he has the vocal control he has everything to be big he can literally sing beautifully in any genre and people should really acknowledge him as one of the top vocalists in kpop.
everytime he sings so beautifully you feel like crying because not only he sounds like a warm hug but also his way of delivering emotions through facial expressions.. the way he potrayed the emotion in his voice and the lyrics perfectly with his face is soo heart wrenching. everytime he belts you will be left in awe of his vocal capabilities and how he keeps on pushing his own boundaries for it every single day.
and the fact that you can actually see the process of him improving his vocals from debut until now makes me so proud of him.. he worked really hard for it.

My personal favourite is DK and I feel you with Seventeen, they totally charmed me and became my uband, but it is not a shame to lose to D.O as his voice is STUNNING. You don't only have the best analysis, you also have the best taste!! D.O. doesn't have the wide range like other strong vocalists on your list but his voice is really something else!! You can't really train a voice to be THAT soulful omg! He is my ult and has my favorite voice. His tone and his adlibs can get you in no time! That's so special and dreamy!
But I am a bit sad Chen isn't there. It's ok as it's your personal preference. Chen has many amazing songs that can melt my heart and drive me in tears. And Jinho! I love Hui but Jinho is also as good! Both are amazing!

Then i love his dance style and i love his personality. He is ace and all rounder. You name it he can do everything well. My attachment to him is something that i never feel to other idol before. Yes. I absolutely agree. DK has the best voice ever. All of his parts are my favourite, whether B-sides or title tracks. My particular favourites would have to be his pre chorus in Fallin’ Flower and his opening in Let Me Hear You Say. Ugh truly unmatched. Also, that Inmortal Song clip of DK belting out that note? YES! What a great opening to a great rendition of Tell Me. Also, I feel like DK’s adlibs really add a whole lot more to their performances. Like imagine Aju Nice without DK just going off in that final chorus. I can’t.

I was waiting the whole video to see if you would mention Ken, and I'm really glad he made it as high as he did! ngl, as someone who ults VIXX, I wish he was higher, but I also can't really argue with your own list and personal taste, so I'm happy with him being at number 5. :P Hui is INCREDIBLE, tho, I definitely have to agree, his high note in Baquait gives me chills every single time, APPRECIATE HIM MORE KOREA. I was actually really surprised that Kyuhyun wasn't on here at all, tho, a lot of people usually put him at the top of their favorite vocalist lists alongside D.O.

I have watched some of your videos before (I also love me a good vocalist when it comes to kpop) and I mostly agreed with them, but this, THIS, holy moly, I've never seen anyone that matched my taste in kpop so well. ; v ; I mean, when you talked about Haechan I was like "god yes, that's it, that's what I'm thinking as well, wow", then you said you loved Seventeen and DK is the main reason of it (same here, he was the one who got me into SVT) and then, then came Do Kyungsoo, my ult bias and ultimate fave (EXO) vocalist on the first place and I was done. Like, literally done.
