@@dunnnuu6502 send of The Penrose Step starts at 5:27 and it still gives me chills on another watch. big ups to Joel Zerr for putting a pretty great track up to back up this climb!
An amazing ascent! It would have been great to see the (almost missed?) move to the lip from the left side. I guess you can't really get much closer to being on the verge of falling:)
Damn - that pumped me up and I don’t even climb. Don’t think her partner could have helped much if she had fallen from the upper part of the last climb.
some pretty big moves on this...respect...puccio is only 5'2" and not the largest span...anyone that thinks climbing is distilled to simply how tall you are should watch this and just stfu...with good technique, more often than not, stronger not longer gets the job done.
I'm of a shorter nature and i can confirm what is you said is horse shite. Puccio is an athlete but climbing ain't about strength but it helps a smaller climber more than a taller one. There many factors to the sport.
@@UkSapyy so you think climbing success and failure is distilled to how tall you are? there is hard evidence to rebut that thinking. also, the problems that puccio and woods (as examples because they are not tall) accomplish have notorious big moves on them..but they are just so effin' strong that their pure power, body tension and technique transcend any height concerns when it comes to success or failure.
@@mexicanprizefighter My point is strength helps a smaller climber more than a tall one because of big moves, There are many instances when a tall climber can toe or heel hook and reach but a smaller climber needs to cut loose to preform the same move. I started by saying she was an athlete and have taken nothing from her acomlishments other than correcting the mistake of the comment i replied too. Body make-up defines how a climber climbes and certain attributes are needed to preform at high levels. Also please bear in mind power to weight in this disscussion too, there are many factors to consider, as mentioned in the previous comment.
But her shortness simply is a major factor which she is forced to overcome with badassery and warrior-level strength. Not too many 5'2 women have this mix in their magic bag. Puccio is a legend.
That was so awesome! I love the moves on this problem and Puccio is a total badass!
Such a good line!
I love Keenan rolling up post send. "Like, couldn't you have just waited a minute so I could see it go down."
the tension in her voice "GOT ME?" was SO REAL
