Perfect! I’m trying to learn some new candies to make for Easter this year. I’m going to try this. Thank you for teaching me something new! I make cooking videos too! It’s a pleasure to learn from other talented creators like you! I hope we can learn more from each other! Have a great weekend!
How do you stop the grapes from being soggy when you go to eat them? I want to do these for an event but I heard by a friend when she tried them they were soggy
So add the watermelon flavoring first then do your other colors do you have to add the white what if I can’t find any at Walmart or anywhere, and can you re use like the candy for like the next day or no.
Thanks for this tutorial! I boil by candy to 300 degrees but even if i put them in the fridge after dipping the candy starts to melt badly. Is there a step im missing??
Use fresh grapes don't put them in the freezer or refrigerator and make sure they are dry Try leaving them out after you dip them for 45 minutes on a silicone mat then Cool them so they don't crack let me know if it works if you try it. Have a wonderful day.
Get a candy thermometer and make sure the temp reads at least 290 and keep stirring it. Stirring and temp are really important with candy making and that’s basically was going on here.
There could be too much humidity in the air, too much moisture in your mix or you could be boiling you mixture too long. After you pass the crack temperature range, I believe you begin to create more of a taffy texture. Hope this helps. I've had my share of mistakes and WTF moments.
Very helpful and I love it that it wasn’t a lot of talking to make it confusing. Thank uou
Love how it was so quiet and straight to the point!!!! ❤❤❤
Thank you 🥰
Love this amazing skills and so helpful thank you so much!!!!❤

That was beautiful…I’ll try doing it again, lol!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR GRAPE/CRACK CANDY VIDEOS! You have helped me so much ! 💗🍭🍇
What is the food coloring is it flavored?? How would I get cotton candy flavor?
“1-2 drops”….
Lady: Pours the whole damn thing 😂
Right…and when she said a couple of drops of food color, her hand blocks the camera. I’m like nevermind
Because that flavoring size is 1 dram hella tiny you need the whole thing.
@@penelopecopp4708 just add a few drops at a time until u get your desired color.
😂😂😂😂
Marbling my candies always gives it a bitter taste. How do I prevent that?
I just sat and watched all three of your videos. I def want to try to do this sometime soon.
Thanks for watching , yes you gotta try them.. they are easy to do after you get the hang of it.. let me know how it goes 💕
@@wanntsworld410 will do

How long do I freeze them for?
How do you stop the grapes from being soggy when you go to eat them? I want to do these for an event but I heard by a friend when she tried them they were soggy
Gotta freeze them before anything
You can freeze them to keep them more firm .. some people even eat them frozen woth the candy on it
What do you do once they are done? Freeze them?
At first i thought that was chocolate, when i look at ur thumbnail :3
That's called grapes tanghulu in China~
How long do they last? Do you refrigerate or freeze them?
What is the white stuff you added
So add the watermelon flavoring first then do your other colors do you have to add the white what if I can’t find any at Walmart or anywhere, and can you re use like the candy for like the next day or no.
And how do you keep the candy from drying up too quick when your trying to get them all dipped???
That’s what I want to know too
Just reheat it
Keep op. Stove on low heat
Leave it on low
Keep it warm
I tried making these but fruits were really warm
Can you use oil base food coloring in candy mixture?
Yes they are fine also to use
@@wanntsworld410 Okay Thankyou!!
@@jasmynenekole no problem you’re welcome ☺️
How do you keep the white food coloring from burning? I always find that happening & it tints the color
Cómo hago para que el caramelo no se despegue de la uva?
Does anybody know the exact colors she used for the cotton candy color
Is the oil necessary?
No it isn’t .. it’s really just extra/different flavor .. it’ll still be good and sweet without it
Your drops and my drops are way different 😂😂😂 looks good 🤙
🤣🤣i know right 🤦🏾♀️.. and thank you
I love doing these but mine start leaking after a couple hours & take away from the toppings, how do I prevent that?
I'm so inspired by your videos
Thank you so much , and thanks for watching 💕💕
Can you tell me the name of the food coloring that you are using
The white one is chefmaster .. and the blue one is liqua gel brand .. both from Amazon
Love your stuff ! But my mixture dries before I could finish. What did I do wrong? Lol
did nothing wrong! that is how sugar works. it solidifies very quickly and you can just keep stove on low heat, move quickly or reheat without burning

What color want the pinkish color? I couldn't see it clearly when you tried to show it.
Ima definitely be making this thanks
Hi i followed your recipie but my candy is still soft im afraid to cook it for long so it wont burn what should i do

What the teal thing u used called
It’s a food dye you can find some in bakery in Walmart on amazon
I never made candy in my life this video made me do it thank u I already got step one done now today imma make the candy 🫡🥵
You’re welcome, and thank you for watching 🥰
What’s the white stuff
dye, jus to lighten up the other color u use
How do you store the leftover mix ??
Really you can’t I tried doesn’t re heat well
Are your grapes frozen when dipping? Do you put them in freezer or refrigerator after dipping?
Don’t freeze your grapes! That will mess them up
Nope
Hi! In your last video you did 1/2 cup of light corn syrup, is there a difference versus this one with 1/4 cup?
Probably to make grapes sweeter because some are tart sometimes
Hey wants food can you link the color food dye in your description
Do you freeze your grapes before dipping?
No , after washing them I take them straight from fridge or either just have them room temperature
Do you freeze them after you make them
What brand of food coloring did you use ?
I get the one for 2.99 no difference they all the same to me I add eatable glitter too gold
Can I fridge all night?
I love this video. Thank you it was very helpful. And I was finally able to make these treats. Can you freeze them, if so for how long ??
You’re welcome, and when I froze them it would usually be about 2 days
Hello. Would you happen to know why my water only bolis to 200F?
Does the candied grapes stick together when you're packaging them? If so, what can you do to prevent that?
Freeze them
What did I do wrong. The candy is very chewy...
It didn’t cook long enough when it’s chewy
Your oil will cook down and lose flavor by the time your candy is ready.
Yesssss🤦🏾♀️ I forgot I had stopped doing it like that until the end of the video .. I could tell it wasn’t as strong ..
So how should we do it instead?? Very interested in learning and want to get the taste right!
What do you mean ?
Add the flavor at the end before adding color instead of before it gets to 300 degrees
How do I stop my mixture from burning on the sides of the pot? It mixes in with the rest of the candy and makes it look and taste slightly burnt 🙃
When ur doing it you have to constantly be scraping the sides also to even prevent it from burning
Wipe the sides of the pan with paper towel before turning heat on
Do you put them in the freezer before you dip them
