Tip for an alacren: you can solo cc Arkk by preemptively dropping Darkrazor (or whatever other cc) and then staff 5 with the special action key.
Stand up close to the boss, press staff 5 and then special action key in place during the cast time of that ability. If done right you will get all 9 hits of staff 5 and special action launch which pretty much deals 90% of the breakbar by yourself. You can also do this for Artsariiv's first breakbar though it's not as important.
That's really nice and compact explanation. And even after few hundread clears some people in our group struggle with those mechanics when too much stuff is happening at once... You have big orange cone locked on you and also a bomb? Just dodge it or use special action. The Special action key is the most important thing there.
Important thing I would note about the marble/blue ball mechanic. Typically people expect the alacrigade in the party or whoever has the lowest DPS(That isn't the healer) to deal with the marbles in shattered observatory in general. If that player gets marked for the big boom then LET YOUR TEAM KNOW OF THIS so that someone else(hopefully another DPS) can deal with that. I have had this happen to me way too many times so I felt like this was important to note.
Also for the big boom in Arkk, make sure you have some form of stability, stun-break, or dodge in case you get targeted with the cone attack while in the bubble. I did not once and I ended up causing a wipe as I was knocked out of the bubble while marked with no stun break/stab/dodge rolls. I got kicked. Don't be me.
Well, you can do the blue ball while having the bomb pretty easily. Just need to get a feeling for the timing.

just cleared 99 CM with guildmates because of this guide, that got so chaotic after Arkk hit 30% health lol. thanks as always for the guides :D :D
One note about Skorvald: try, if possible, to not use any CC on the boss right before he phases at 33%. If you don't use much cc it's going to have a full bar when coming back from the platforms (use a portal to come back quickly) giving you a short time to break it and making the last phase completely trivial and much faster.
after fractal cms, it would be nice to see Get to the Point for raids CM just to explain what's different than normal in short video.

Artsariiv: Projectile Block is okay but reflect is preferred.
Incase you make a mistake and fall into one of the missing tiles, you can always use your special action key to recover and jump back to an existing tile to avoid certain death.
Also use it as much as possible to travel around the arena when you have any form of dodge, invul or aegis
A lot of new players will forget to often use their special action key.
You can also simply dodge the red orb, the SAK isn't necessary. Just dodge shortly after you see the orb disappear.
Also I don't think you mentioned it, but you can use the SAK to CC quickly. All 5 players using it will pretty much clear the CC bar!

we clear after 1:30 hour with training pug group, about 1 hour we just died to last 30% phase.

Yes, that can generally be applied to all endgame pve content, just play firebrand and you can do whatever you want. But no, blue class is absolutely balanced and totally not Anet's favorite child smh
