Yes, everyone has rhythm, like when you walk you walk in same pace. If you keep same rhythm and go a different distance in the back swing you will automatically increase or decrease the speed of swing. That is why the best players in the world swing so smooth with great tempo..
HI thanks for your support. I am working on some new putting videos and will be out shortly. The putting videos will really help you understand the importance of short game.
Glad to help. There are many good instructors out there but most talk about what a professional will do. Most armatures can not make those moves they are trying to teach, but as you get use to the basics for many years then you will know what they are talking about. Stick with the basic simple movements then you will enjoy the game more and get better quicker. Thanks for your support and more to come.
Hold up a minute! I tried this 9 to 3 swing EXACTLY as demonstrated. My 54 Degree wedge went 20 yards! Flat out it went 50 yards! No matter what I did I couldn't hit it farther. No Wrists as advised!
Also found can use each wedge with 8 oclock to 4 no wrist break, this gives another lower running type of shot with each club So sw chip = 30 Sw wrist =50. So good. Even did a chip no wrist with 5 iron and hybrid.
Yes you can use the no cocking 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30 to get around 10.15.20.25. of course can differ from person to person and there rhythm. This is a good way for beginners to gage and as time goes by you will have it in your muscle memory.
Yes it is total distance. This is a base you can work with. When you go to different courses the greens can be soft, firm, wet, slow, fast greens, and more, so you need to adjust as you play. But this will give you a good base to gage your distance from.
Distance is relative to your swing speed and not everyone else’s! Most high handicappers trying to break 90 don’t hit their 52d wedge 100 yards, that’s like a full PW distance without flair. Wedges should be hit with flair not full speed for better spin and result. Still people can learn this system with three wedges for different distances! I will try to formulate for myself.
Yes each case is a little different. I suggest is take a sand wedge and do the 9 o'clock swing and see the distance then the to the same for L, A, P wedge and they should go approximately 10yards apart.
Your method is simple and works great. Thank you
Hey don’t mention it glad it helps and I also am preparing a putting video. Which should really help as well.

All the distance that you mention is total distance or carry distance
