You can ask the for discount , if he refuse just say thanks and leave the shop to another , he will propably gonna ask you to come back and have discount .So try to get less price before paying.

About the budget, it all depends on where you will have your daily meals but on average, one can easily live for 70 QR daily in my opinion ! I’ll also try to make a video on that subject ! 🤍
Hayya card will work starting from november 10 apparently !! I bought a regular card inside the metro ( for 10 QR ), you can buy a gold card if you prefer to sit in a more VIP section, but it will be more expensive !
