Additionally you can accomplish several achievements while leveling legerdemain within the town. I got to level 20 within 5 days and not 8 hour pushes either-more like 2-3 hour pushes each day if not less. When you have finished the main-quest on Khenarthis Roost, you can simply go to the maormer embassy, which is now completely empty, and loot everything. There are no npcs around, so it's easy money without taking any risk.
Key Deltia, another town that is great and easier to avoid guard detection, is Devon's Watch in stonefalls (ebonheart territory), the outlaw's refuge has 2 entrances, one inside the town and the other one outside, and, the wayshrine is outside of the town aswell, nó guards on the way.
I prefer to level my Legerdemain by just regularly raiding castles and guild halls while questing through vet zones. You can make a lot of cumulative gold off the greens and blue and find a lot of Daedra Hearts and such. I stole my Daedric Motif from a cabinet in a castle - got a sweet new outfit for vet 9.
The cap limit still applies. Yes you can reset it (sort of) by putting a point into trafficking, but once you hit that cap you have to keep your nose clean on that character for the next 24 hours. Cap out your fenced items in VG and you won't be able to sell to the fence in Stonefalls or to any other fence for that matter. Players have to keep that in mind. I don't mind waiting so I got 200 game, 200 hide scraps and 200 guts from those sheep. It will be a few days before I can offload them all. XD

And any advice on what perks to unlock ? Also for my specific character, what kind of equipment do you think could best suit my newest mentioned character ? So far, I like sticking to hands-on weaponry (sword and shield), but I DO have a damage staff I can use as a backup.

suchagentleman The cost depends on the time of day, if you get it in the mornings, you can usually get it for free. Towards the evenings, it's up to 5k.

Redguards are the stamina overlords. Orcs are a bit more tanky. Khajiit also have a crit passive. And bosmer have amazing stamina regen. Depends what you want to do, PvE or PvP, although NB isn't that good for PvE you can try.
I was told NB's are great dps for PvE, so that isn't something I'm worried about. I have a mixed mindset for end game, as I plan to do both PvE AND PvP, I just have no idea what I should be picking race wise :l

Hi Deltia's Gaming iknow this isn't got anything to do with this video but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere else, or if anyone is reading this and can help please do, I accidently got bit by a werewolf so I went to the priest and got it removed, about 20 mins later I went to go get bit by a bloodfiend but even after being hit about 15 times I still can't seem to get the vampire buff thing to start the quest, how long do I have to wait after going to the priest to get bit again?
Wesley Osagiede its only certain mobs. not all bloodfiends will give you vampirism. if you know your going to the right spot, it could be a bug. contact zos customer support.

I thought wanting to be a vampire would be weird as a templar but my freinds needed a healer so its whatever. Any tips man please

Deltia's Gaming most refuges have two entrance, with one out of town.
This is the best farming spot for leveling legermemain up. And while I am in AD it is even much easier not to get bounty :D
