I'll tell ya why someone would go with the wing over a Harley. The bike is far superior in every way. Comfort, storage, ride quality, audio, preload, gas mileage, handling, maintenance! I have an Ultra Classic sitting right next to my 07 GL1800. Ive had 4 HD's and two GW's. had a GL1500 and 4 months ago purchased a GL1800. Haven't touched my HD since. Prob will sell it.
Well said, somebody, will get their undies in a bind over the truth. They always do. The fact is, the Goldwing and Yamaha tourers are the most reliable out there. Consistently rated the top two for that. And I've ridden HDs too, even professionally as a police officer. Currently, I'm riding a 2007 Yamaha Royal Star tour deluxe and I'm extremely happy with it having racked up 70k doing some touring and long day rides. I'm considering a used Wing as a second bike to help with the mileage duties and the fact it has a stereo.
I have road several H-D's over the years (have a '21 Tri-Glide now) and several Honda's (and others). All have their place and options are cool. The Goldwing is not for everyone, but it is pure quality and comfort imo.
Looks like a aftermarket windshield. The levers up front allows you to raise and lower the windshield. The second lever is for a vent to throw heat off the muffler for heat. Hydraulic brakes - not cable. Heat seats and grips are great. It's way faster than this loop and can carve the twisties. I ride an 08 and throw that around with my meet up group. Then split lanes on my 30 mile commute. When it's time for a 2 up trip - all the luggage and rack can pack you up like no problem.
The Tail of the Dragon, in Tennessee. That same Exact Goldwing has the best time. His name is wolf man and he is riding a yellow one. It’s on RUclips and he is passing the sport bikes on a curve. There fast enough.
Wings are not just for old men we buy them because they run forever and are comfortable to ride for short or long distance plus they handle pretty good and run well not slow at all also very smooth these are just a few reasons I love my wing and no I'm not old I've just rode enough bikes to know what I like
I've got an 08 fully loaded with very low miles in pristine condition, I bought 16 months ago and love it. I still have an Electra Glide but you will find me on the Wing most of the time. The add-on speakers on each saddlebag is hideous on that bike. Who does that? On a side point... folks buy the GoldWing for comfort, reliability and crushing miles. At least that's why I snagged one.
Some asshole put amps and speakers on that beautiful wing and was so cheap he cut the wires and took what he could and left hideous speakers in the saddlebag, I am just like you 04 goldwing 127 thousands miles commute to work,16 goldwing 19 thousand for Long distance trips, and I can use to have Harley cause It just sold but was to just kick around town and 20 minute ride to beach,
103K miles - finally past the break in period! The only Goldwing with the cable clutch that I know of is the 2014/15 Valkyrie. I think. Years ago I did the blue ridge on my 2002 wing with my buddie on a Harley - not a fully dressed Harley mind you. After 5 hours I wanted to keep going. My buddie had to stop. Nothing wrong with the Harley - its just different bikes offer different kind of rides. Ideally I would like to add a naked street bike cause the wing is a bit of an elephant for just crusin around town.
I'm 47 and own an 87 Gold Wing. Different bike than you're riding but I love it. I'd say its for people who want to travel, especially with a passenger and enjoy an upright seating position when traversing curves and technical riding.
Had a 1997 Valkyrie back in the day. What a sweet ride. Goldwings are the king of the hill! Had a pretty big stroke a few years ago. Thought my biking days were over!🤬 I have ridden my whole life. Had a Cushman Scooter as a small boy, heck the Cushman was bigger than me! 😉 The stroke effected my balance, so I thought my biking days were over. Then I tried a 2021 F-3S Spyder and I’m back In the wind!!! No balance required!!! Mine has all the safety features, Tracksion control, Cruise control, stability control. ABS Breaks! This thing is like ridding a formula 1 race car on the street! What a blast! I was worried the power wouldn’t be enough, boy was I mistaken! 115 HP and 96 ft lbs! It’s a rocket! Rotax also makes motors for many applications. They make smaller vertical twins for BMW Motorcycles too. The cover says BMW but they are Rotax motors!😉 Dude, I had a TBR Headder exhaust that has 4.24 can extaust. Sounded like a cross between a small block Chevy and a Porsche in heat at WOT!!! Gold wings are awesome, as a kid I sold new and used bikes. Honda produces more engines than anybody period. I ran into a guy at an open house at the dealer and he showed me his OLD 1100 Goldwing 4 banger wing. It had over 200000 miles on her! He said he he speedo cable broke years before, so who knows how many miles it had.😉
I'm sure it's a hydraulic clutch.....not a cable clutch. My 93 Goldwing trike has 116k miles on it. This bike you have will go another 100k miles with no problems.
SPOT ON RICHARD , A " WING " IS THE BIKE TO HAVE , EXCELLENT FOR SHORT - MID RANGE & LONG DISTANT RIDES , THOSE " STOCK SEATS " , **** AIRHAWK SEAT CUSHIONS ARE WORTH ONES INVESTMENT.
I like the goldwings allot. My uncle and grandfather and grandma all had their own goldwings and they'd buy new ones every few years. I remember at family reunion in 1984 my grandparents anniversary they got his and hers matching goldwings.
Good review. Not for “older riders” any more than a dresser Harley, and I have no idea how you hate the beautiful sound of that motor. You must have one hopped up minivan if it runs low 12s. 😂 Thanks for the ride!👍🏽
I have had a 02 Road Glide and a 09 Ultra, but I bought a 2010 Wing level 4 because I was wanting to get away from the "old tech" that Harley was recycling into the new models over and over. Mine has 45k with ABS, AM/FM/Sat/CB, GPS, rev, Heated grips and seat, foot heaters, adjustable windshield, cruise and even an airbag. It is a fine motorcycle and cruises all day long without complaining. I have done some touring on it, and it does great. All that being said, I like riding a Harley better. I can't put my finger on way, but I just feel better and more at home on a Harley. If Harley could address the main problems everyone complains about, I would be back on a Harley.
Character is the word youre looking for. The harleys arent trying to be the smoothest. But you get a glass headlight higher quality paints, chrome is a durable coating
Owning a 2012 Level 3 Goldwing, I can attest to the quality of the Goldwing. It never complains and 800 mile days are easy. My wife may beg to differ with 800 miles, but she tolerates 600 mile days easy. When it comes to mile munching nothing can touch it. However, with 100k plus miles, $6500 is steep, double the money and get one with 30-40k and newer.
I w been riding for 2 months my first bike is a 2002 GW and after my endorsement class I immediately signed up for a local advanced class taught by the local Motorcycle Officers from the county. I really wanted a HD Street Glide but now after the class seeing how many troubles the HDs had 3 Cop Bikes went down and 2 personal HD had issues..I’m keeping my GW for bar hopping and buying a BMW GS for everyday riding. HD are awesome bikes but IMO they have a lot of work to do to catch up to Indian, BMW and even Honda… TY for the video
Hydraulic clutch. I personally hated cable clutches that were prone to stretching then you gotta re adjust them. Then finally they just snapped. It was an issue on the Yamaha xv1700 warrior.
Harley guys will argue that their bikes can go over 100K miles. But then they talk about modding the top end and the bottom end and new camshafts and new clutches and new oil pumps and new bearings and it goes on and on! They don't tell you about $1000 belt changes and busted cam chain tensioners (both spring and hydraulic). Or how they ditched it all for a 111" S&S motor and switched to chain drive and sprockets. Sheesh. On one hand, it's cool that you can choose between available cams for a 25yo engine. But you'll never have to on a Goldwing.
Doing all those mods to a Harley, you can be absolutely certain that none of those Harley guys have ridden a stock Hayabusa. Because they are spending $20,000 or even $30,000 on their mods. If they rode a stock Hayabusa, the insane horsepower and torque and electric smoothness of the inline 4 cylinder with a counterbalancer, would make them instantly hate their 4.25 inch stroke air cooled V-Twin. This is why you need to own multiple motorcycles. Get both! Save your money and don't modify the amazing Harley engine, just enjoy it for what it is. To go fast, get a bike that has torque and speed, like a Hayabusa, or FJR1300, or Rocket III Triumph or Yamaha V-Max. I've heard stories of how a Harley rider rode a Hayabusa for the first time, and decided they had to go and buy a Hayabusa immediately, because of how much torque and smoothness a Hayabusa has compared to a Harley. Once you feel the fastest, best engine in the world on a motorcycle, it makes everything else feel dull in comparison. That's how a Goldwing is; simply the best highway driving motorcycle ever made.
I ride with a guy who’s done these mods to his Harley. I ride an 06 Honda ST1300. I can still outpace him and my bike handles better, and it cost $5000 used.
Grt news hv one coming next month 1996 1500 gold wing in the teal 65 k km can’t wait can’t lose for a g note! Yabba n yep older veteran rider at 67 now🍺🤸🏿♂️🤸🏿♂️🇨🇦
The clutch is hydraulic not cable Had a 08, put 80k on it in ten years, could only ride during summer. We did 6k in three weeks for our 25 anniversary. I got up Monday morning and took it to work. There's a road in Tennessee, North Carolina called the Dragon tale, 318 curves in 11 miles, last I heard a wing holds the record for time and number of times on it, not a crotch rocket. Been on it few times. We pulled a Roll-a-home camper with it, no problem. Love the bike, looking forward to buying another.
The levers you did not know what they were for. Is for adjusting windshield up, and down. I think the whole bs misnomer of being an old man bike, is just that. Bs. I've wanted a goldwing since I first saw one in my 30s. I was finally able to buy one 3 years ago. Granted I'm 60 now, but I wanted one when I was young. I simply couldn't afford one back then. I'm 5ft 8, and at first I felt intimidated by the size, and weight of the bike. So the concept of it being an old man bike is a bit confusing to me. Consider that most people think of old men as weak, and frail, but they choose a bike that is nearly 900 pounds, with a seat height that admittedly puts you on your toes. This is not a bike for the weak and frail. This bike is seriously a beast. I have a 2010. I've driven from Florida to Texas and back on it, averaging 92 mphs most of the way. Never missed a lick.
Same here… wanted one back in the 80s but couldn’t afford one…finally got one now at nearly 60… they are NOT and old man’s MC, they are a motorcycle for the person who enjoys a smooth, comfortable, predictable experience from a reliable MC… I got mine, a 2003 for $3000 with 54,000 miles on it… looks like new unless you look up real close for some scratches and other such things…
Had many Harleys and loved them. My Goldwing is a 16, traded a 19 Road Glide for it. Could not be happier. Never say never to another Harley but every time I debate myself I always come back to why, harley can't touch it. I have the creme of the crop!
I have ridden many HD's ,,, and others. I just got off a Victory Vision ,,, I bought an '02 Goldwing with 110 thousand miles. Put a new ECU in and tires. This is a very nice handling motorcycle ! ,,, The Victory was smooth ,,, but ,,, this is the best riding ,,, tons of smooth power and all the touring need . Very comfortable !
Thank you. I can't believe this comment is so far down the list. Who does that? All those wires in the Top case were for an amp, that is why the radio doesn't work. Oh and the LED lights on the side of the frame. I wouldn't touch that bike, I can't imagine the electrical gremlins.
Air supply? Don't you mean Vera Lynn or the Glen Miller band? Maybe I'm showing my age. These young folk like the modern music like the Big Bopper and Buddy Holly, don't they.
I test road a Goldwing and was surprised at how close my knees were to the front panel. It felt odd to not have my legs out, but I will give it another ride before I decide to purchase. I am 6'2" so I can only assume taller riders have issues with the leg room.
This for those harley guy's who have never ridden a GW. I wouldn't recommend riding one because if you do you may decide to trade you harley in 😊. It's the best all around bike you can buy. If you want to ride across country you can, if you want to take her throw the twisties you can, if you want to spank a few harley you can any day.
After getting out of the military I wanted to treat myself with a toy. Had a boat and bicycle. Neither did it for me. I rode motorcycle and I fell in love with it. Freedom! I got me a bank loan and bought a 2012 Goldwing with 103k 4.5 years ago. I paid $6,750. Fast forward today I logged in close to 50k. Odometer is close to 151k. Just short of 200 miles. My taking is that I don’t know anything or any saying about bmw or hd but goldwing has been very reliable until last week. My front wheel started to lockup and discovered master cylinder is in need of replacement. The speaker doesn’t work at the rear. Blinker switch is broken. The little hatch door on the back seat is very easy to accidentally kick and break it off. Other than that no issues. Oh and gas mileage is 35 mpg nowadays instead of 38 when I got it years ago. I hate air filter placement on this bike also and costly but overall it’s good. I’m planning to test ride a Harley Davidson 2017 fatboy. If it’s good I’ll probably get that one also.
First thing its not an old man bike. I pit cobra pipes on mine and a euro sport windshieid and a shorty antena. So its more like my Hot rod gold wing! And its real heavey but handles very nice. And if you can handle it you better bé pretty strong.
Bro I’m 34. And I want a goldwing just to be able to ride and explore other states. This will be my 3rd bike to add to my garage. Have an fz1 and a zpro. So I have small medium and large. Now lol
Does not have a cable clutch. You can see the slave cylinder right there on the left side handlebar. I'm getting ready to purchase one. It's supposed to have 42000 Mi on it and it's a 2002 triple black. Should treat me quite nicely. If it's anything like the last Honda I owned or my bmw, I do not use the clutch when I'm up shifting, the vast majority of the time. I like the sound of that bike. It actually sounds a little bit more throaty than most gold wings. Maybe I'll look into a muffler upgrade. Anything that unplugs the exhaust will help torque and horsepower. Not by very much but by a little bit.
I don't care what people say I bought my 2nd goldwing with 103,000 just like that for9,000 dollars from a dealer and rode for 3 years had a accident on the wing and insurance paid me same 9,000 bucks and if I had receipts from accessories that I bought and put on I could have got more money, it was like I rented for 3 years. The only thing that would stop me from buying a goldwing is heel toe shifter cuz the Honda engineers didn't put it on the motorcycle when they designed it and created it, I know people that was bagging on heel and toe shifters thinking they on a Harley and messed up the transmission and sold the bike, and this one with dynomat to keep the bass down from when they had woofers and the cut wires...
Not only is it the cheapest but its the finest motorcycle ever built and that includes every goldwing with a fairing ever made ... ... I have ridden them all and I settled on a 86 Goldwing Interstate in cosmo black ... its the finest of the finest motorcycle ever built IMO and blows by the harleys with ease ... get real dude
Harley was more concerned about their image while Honda was perfecting the Goldwing. You have a 5th generation and it is still miles ahead of a new Harley. My friends have to wear earplugs with their HD. Nothing beats shaft drive while Harley is still using belt (not chain) drive from the 1910's. HD can also vibrate the fillings out of your teeth, while the Goldwing is so smooth you can balance a quarter on its side.
How come in USA the prices are so low just a couple of hours ago I was looking for goldwing and in here in Italy this year at this mileage it is around 13k. Such a massive difference.
A lot of Americans I. The market for cruiser touring bikes buy Harley. That keeps the used prices down in the goldwing. I’ve never owned a Harley but I have ridden one. Definitely something about them makes you feel good. I’m a sport bike nut but as each year goes by I know I’m gravitating towards owning a gold wing. I’ve had a lot of sport bikes cbr600rr cbr1000rr hayabusa, zxr1400r
I'm not exactly sure what's interesting about describing where the hydraulic clutch fluid reservoir is, soy that makes me think that your a bot or scammer of some kind.
103k miles over 15+ years, I would not consider that a lot of miles. Maybe more than the average weekend rider, but not a lot for long distance riding that the Wing was designed for.
Are you saying "cable clutch"? If so, I'll point out the clutch fluid cylinder on the left handlebar. Looks like it has a little over 100K. on it, so if it's had just reasonable care you should get at least 250K. from it. If you do any distance riding, you'll probably end up with a Corbin or other aftermarket seat. The stock seat is just crap. Your bike will perform much better with a set of stock pipes.
A 103,000 miles the Hondas just broke in, you’ll get many more if you maintain it. The only thing I will say about a Harley is they look nice and that’s it. If you want comfort , ride ,for cross country rides you won’t find a more comfortable bike. You won’t be disappointed buying a Gold Wing, just saying! 😊
Around my way $6500 is wildly expensive for a 100k goldwing. Especially what I'd consider overall terrible condition with the horrible paint job, awful aftermarket speaker placement and broken radio with wires cut up.
Yeah, that little black box on the left handlebar there, that’s the reservoir for the hydraulic clutch. And sheesh, this bike only has five gears and you don’t know what gear you’re in!? Are you one of those who need gear indicators and fuel gauges on their motorbikes? I guess I might be old now.
If you want a touring bike that really handles, try a Honda ST1300. Trail breaking into a corner, you have tremendous grip and handling; make this a habit, and it will eat up a front tire in 4000 miles! Some people call it a "Baby Goldwing", but remember that it is a........ SPORT Tourer.
I don't know about the 1300. I borrowed a friend's ST100 for a weekend, a while back. I've got to say that it was objectively the best motorcycle "package" that I've ever ridden. In all honesty, I'm not much of a rider, but I can see how a good rider with plenty of experience could consign any number of tyres to a premature death on those things and show up a few lesser skilled sports bike riders in the process. They are a very under rated motorcycle that are easily hustled along at speeds well above what your average punter would believe possible.
Lol...why would someone go with this over a Harley, it is obvious that you aren't very experienced with motorcycles! The smoothness of the ride, the calm manner of the ride, comfort, maintenance, price and it wheel out perform most H-D's out on the road and did I mention maintenance.... Btw...it has a hydraulic clutch!
I don't know why you keep saying Old-Man Bike, I've been riding them since my 20s. GW is the King Of The Road. On the other hand, I've never been attracted to HD branding.
I like the sound, but it is so freaking goofy. All those buttons LoL. Low speed handling is bad I hear. That's what gets you in trouble on these bemouths. Style leaves alot to be desired. That's why they are cheap.
No no no. It is a balance thing between a touring Harley and the goldwing that has the trunk. Both weigh about the same both are comfortable but the weight is lower on a Harley. Imagine slow speed parking lot maneuvers on that wing you rode. I had a 2009 goldwing like the one you rode and I got rid of it because it’s a lot to handle at slow speed maneuvers and for a older rider. If you want to talk about reliability the Honda will destroy the Harley. You can find a late model used wing for descent prices but go with the ones that haven’t been modified by that I mean things other seats or windshield.
The first thing I did when I bought my 08 GL1800 was change the stock windshield for a MadStad. As an old Harley dude, I like looking over the windshield not through it. I am 5’8” and with the stock shield at the lowest setting I had to sit as straight up as possible to see over the top. I stored the stock shield in case I sell the bike at some point, but am very happy with this mod.
You maybe should have taken a couple of rider courses because I can handle mine in a parking lot just fine and uturn on a two lane road. Just practice bro thats what it takes.
Why does every praise of the wing have to also add "not that there's anything wrong with HD?" Its like talking about a gay guy and having to say, "not that there is anything wrong with that." 😂 Ride what you like and F peer pressure.
I agree. I paid 10k cash for my 08, but it only has 23k miles and has the Comfort / NAV / Premium Audio and the previous owner had quite a few additional upgrades done to it. My Channel has a number of pics and videos with both my Wing and my old Harley
Wwaaaaaayyyyy over priced. Now 50K on it and not butchered up. That bike needs a lot of work to put it back in great condition. The saddle bag doors, dash panels, truck floor all needs replacing. Seems like he tried to make a music bike and used cheap stuff and techniques.
The Japanese bikes (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Suzuki) tend to be more reliable and have a greater longevity than that of any Harley Davidson bikes. The Japanese bikes tend to be cheaper to maintain than that of a Harley Davidson. It is like this "Harleys for the name and the Japanese bikes for the reliability, dependability and the longevity".
I'll tell ya why someone would go with the wing over a Harley. The bike is far superior in every way. Comfort, storage, ride quality, audio, preload, gas mileage, handling, maintenance! I can sum up the Goldwing in three words...smooth, quiet, power
HD are awesome bikes but IMO they have a lot of work to do to catch up to Indian, BMW and even Honda…
TY for the video

Hydraulic clutch. I personally hated cable clutches that were prone to stretching then you gotta re adjust them. Then finally they just snapped. It was an issue on the Yamaha xv1700 warrior.
You have a master cylinder reservoir on the clutch right in front of you. Do you know the difference between a hydraulic and cable clutch?
That is the windshield height adjustment to the on the left and right around the speakers.
Yabba n yep older veteran rider at 67 now🍺🤸🏿♂️🤸🏿♂️🇨🇦
That was one of the first bikes that I ever rode in my time very nice bike
Got a 04 gold wing fantastic machine I’m 41 and camp off it full time the thing whistles sounds like a turbo or something
The clutch is hydraulic not cable
Had a 08, put 80k on it in ten years, could only ride during summer.
I think most people that say it is an 'old man's bike' have never ridden one and put it through the paces.

I have had 74 bikes and now I have a 10 wing..should have bought a wing years ago...love my wing.
Both headlights come on and hydraulic clutch not cable
You should try to ride a Gold Wing F6B like mine, is the Wing ride but with a bit of a bagger vibe.

Those stupid speakers coming out of the bags are going to make you feel pretty foolish when Air supply starts blasting at a stoplight!
I am 6'2" so I can only assume taller riders have issues with the leg room.

i think you should buy it and if you ever buy a boat in the future , you can use the harley for an anchor !
You still have the goldwing be my next bike thanks john
Not by very much but by a little bit.
can we be friends, I'm also bike lover, you sound interesting.
The choice is always a Goldwing nothing but

What kind of test ride is that? When you don't twist the throttle to see what it has.
Best touring bike ever!!!
Over a hundred thousand miles and they want $6500? I looks nice but thats a ton of miles. What cc is it?
Not only is it the cheapest but its the finest motorcycle ever built and that includes every goldwing with a fairing ever made ... ... I have ridden them all and I settled on a 86 Goldwing Interstate in cosmo black ... its the finest of the finest motorcycle ever built IMO and blows by the harleys with ease ... get real dude
I understood that that they will be selling Harleys at Toys r US 😂
Harley was more concerned about their image while Honda was perfecting the Goldwing.

Check out the '13-'17 F6B. Not an old man bike if you think that about the GW.

103,000 miles…. Just getting broke in
How come in USA the prices are so low just a couple of hours ago I was looking for goldwing and in here in Italy this year at this mileage it is around 13k.
Supply and demand. Lots of supply here, relatively low demand compared to the used Harley market.
Because Italy
That bike has a hydraulic clutch, you can see the reservoir on the left handle bar just to the right and behind the volume controls
can we be friends, I'm also bike lover, you sound interesting.
I'm not exactly sure what's interesting about describing where the hydraulic clutch fluid reservoir is, soy that makes me think that your a bot or scammer of some kind.
Infinitely better than a Harley and a fraction of the cost. Weird world.
It's amazing what dumb people will pay for an "image" to show others.
can we be friends, I'm also bike lover, you sound interesting.
Yeah.@@Yvonnemorgan2020
Keep riding and you'll look up and be 3 state away! 😅
It’s windshield is adjustable two levers o lower left and right

Comfort and REALIABILITY
can we be friends, I'm also bike lover, you sound interesting.
103k miles over 15+ years, I would not consider that a lot of miles. Maybe more than the average weekend rider, but not a lot for long distance riding that the Wing was designed for.
Not alot of miles at all for a Wing for sure
Best bike ever made period....
Did I hear you say Cable Clutch???
The best touring bike made
The most luxurious motorcycle in the world!!!
Dude. I lost track of how many times you said "dude". It was a lot.
Go back and watch it again and give us a count. Thanks dude
Not a cable clutch, hydraulic!
Without the radio, $4,500
Ps 2012 g wing in mi sold for $4500.00 with less than 50,000mi wayne county
Well I never had a Harley Davison but I rather have a Honda Goldwing any day before I would buy and have anything else, that's only my own opinion
Spend $7500 and get a GW with 40k less miles and a working radio. Slap a car tire on the back and go anywhere in the US.
Just paid $6800 for a cream puff 06 with 15k mileage. $6500 wasn't a deal at all. Good video though
Around my way $6500 is wildly expensive for a 100k goldwing. Especially what I'd consider overall terrible condition with the horrible paint job, awful aftermarket speaker placement and broken radio with wires cut up.
people say its an old man bike and its not! take that bike to some twisty curvy roads and tell me how ya feel about it!
242,000mi on my 07 and the clutch is hydraulically operated, not cable.
Fb marketplace has GW for way better prices than the dealer. Just saying. Finding 09s with under 40k miles for 7k
Juice clutch
That’s a $5000 bike or less. Any goldwing with a 100K in easy a lot less because there are alway 50K goldwing every where.
Old man's bike Yeah right. It would beat most muscle cars from the 60s in the 1/4 mile. Low 12s and about 103 mph.
I'd like to slap the previous owner w the extra stereo/ wiring b.s. Other than that Goldwings are top of the food chain
I don't know why you keep saying Old-Man Bike, I've been riding them since my 20s. GW is the King Of The Road. On the other hand, I've never been attracted to HD branding.
Not a 'bagger' but a 'touring' motorcycle.
I like the sound, but it is so freaking goofy. All those buttons LoL. Low speed handling is bad I hear. That's what gets you in trouble on these bemouths. Style leaves alot to be desired. That's why they are cheap.
Several good Goldwing low speed handling videos on RUclips..amazing what riding skill and practice can do compared to an average rider.
Dude...
Not a Bagger! Not even close!
Why does every praise of the wing have to also add "not that there's anything wrong with HD?" Its like talking about a gay guy and having to say, "not that there is anything wrong with that." 😂 Ride what you like and F peer pressure.
103.000 miles to much money man for a 2007 if it had 50.000 mi or even 60.000 mi yes. Stop by Rockefeller's tell Rosemary I said Hey.
I agree. I paid 10k cash for my 08, but it only has 23k miles and has the Comfort / NAV / Premium Audio and the previous owner had quite a few additional upgrades done to it. My Channel has a number of pics and videos with both my Wing and my old Harley
Don't like the distance from your foot to the clutch... Dude if you are riding with your foot on the clutch you are doing all wrong
Over priced with miles it has its soon 2 have issues and they not cheap on that bike look good though
Bruh.......it's not a "bagger" that's a Harley term. It's a goldwing. Far above any "bagger"
cheapest and most reliable.
Stop, saying bagger! Baggers don’t have huge trunks…
