surv12 can be used as a splint, when you're in safe space, so cms + splint is also 3x1 in ur container. dont forget about armour damage, which deals much less than direct damage, so additional 20 hp in stomach will help you to outlive additional 2-3 rounds until its gone while encountering scavs or pmc with bad ammo
Valid points, that said if your stomach was already blacked there is a decent change the armor in that area is compromised so blunt damage is less of a possibility. Also even though a cms and splint use the same space there are times you don't need the cms and using a splint is much quicker than a surv 12.

False… I have to carry aluminum splints and a cms. Surv 12 fixes broken bones as well. Takes up the same amount of space.
@erickarge1838 but to fix just a break takes 20 seconds if you use the surv12
