This is not whitening recipe rather it face treatment cream or Better still anti bacterial cream so why were you expecting it will whiten your face? If you want to formulate whitening face cream then check my whitening recipe for face cream thank you.

Using the fresh Neem leaf, u should squeeze the lead or how to get the water. Thank you for sharing this
blend into puree and extract the juice from it meanwhile blend the Neem leaves with distilled water or Rose water.
