I changed injector washers with new silver ones, when i connected everything together, started the car and ran it for 5 minutes on idle, then went to test drive it and after 15km i was stranded on the side of the road with fuel return line broken on two places and from the left side to the right number 3 injector came loose and damaged injector holder screw. Do you know maybe what went wrong? i torqued everything as you on the video. Can you give me advice?
Only in 4 spots. Where timing cover meets the engine block both sides and at the vacuum and the fuel pump where the engine block starts to curve it that makes sense.

Great video. The valve cover does this need gasket sealent when replacing the valve cover?
