I think it’s really because we didn’t have control over our family dynamics. We were split from the people we love, even in this modern day we prioritize hustling over love because we’re fed this toxic mindset that pushes us to put what we really want on the back burner. Seeing black men and women enjoying something like this is so uplifting.
