Pls dont do that, repeating the wordx no over and over is confusing the dog. It will not teach them anything and wont be held on for long. A leave it would be alot better. remeber to always add praise to the end

he should be applying a "good" after rebel left the food alone. i also thought the use of "no" was way too repetitive for a dog trainer. the word should be used strongly but minimally and not repeated more than once or twice
Yeah you’re not really supposed to tell a dog no over and over because it can be stressful for the dog. And he didn’t teach the dogs the “leave it” command so the dogs will just be confused as hell. He barely gave any praise.. this is not a dog trainer.. he didn’t teach them anything
See I completely agree, i mean it definitely applies to the dog but I feel like after so many times the dog isn’t going to listen, and also at the point he was saying no rebel wasn’t even trying to get treat
yes, repeating any command more than once is not good in the long run. it’s going to become less powerful.

I swear this is the biggest coincidence! I literally just stumbled upon the show 'Lucky Dog', which is his show. I just started watching it like a week ago, and before that I didn't even know who Brandon McMillan was. And now I see this. It's also weird because I don't watch any of the D'amelio's. No offense, but he doesn’t seem like a very good dog trainer. He used “no” repetitively and rarely gave praise- praise is VERY important so is not repeating commands. He also should have involved the owners/people who will commonly giving the commands, the dogs listening to him is one thing, listening to the people actually there is completely different. He also didn’t teach the “leave it” command, which I think is better when it comes to these sorts of things.

I agree I did a project on this in the 5th grade and it is very important to praise a dog when they do something correctly so they know what their doing is good

He is very good. I wouldn't just rely on this video alone to judge. I've watched many things on him, and he is very good. It is helpful that he is repetitive, so that the dog learns. And you have to remember every dog is different, not to mention you are not there in person, so you cannot truly know the situation. No hate, just saying!

Hey Brandon McMillan, I’ve been going to your Instagram page and it doesn’t seem like you at all and I can’t find the real page that we usually see!hacked again?
If I’m holding a treat in my hand my dog always has to ask if he can eat it by looking at me and if I say okay he can take it
From which months can one strat training dogs for this ...
when you get them! they are usually around 8 weeks, well that is when I got my puppy. we went right into the training as these commands are very important to enforce.
will this work on six month old puppies?
All dogs are different, what may work for one may not work for the other. You have to figure out yourself overtime what your dog is most comfortable with
