How to build bigger arms & shoulders AND lose stomach fat at the same time using kettlebells?

    If you want to feel how much the upper back and shoulders are engaged with double front squats, do a set of 5 (heavy for you) double kb clean & press. Once you're done with the 5 c&p reps, immediately go into dble front squatting 5+ reps. You'll be struggling to keep the kbs in the front rack position by the end of your front squat reps.
    Or you could just work them into each rep as with thrusters, but I tend to do it more the first way I described as you have more nervous system torque at your disposal for the initial 5 c&p reps before moving into front squats. By the time you move into doing the front squats, your legs could handle a heavier weight fine, but your shoulders and upper back likely wouldn't be able to stabilize the heavier kbs near the end of the set.

    how would you progress from double 24's to double 32's without having 28's? I have met your strength standards with double 24's couple of weeks ago.

    That is weird that people that the Jerk doesn't build the shoulders well. I have found the heavy Clean and Jerk to be almost too good at making me need new shirts because they are too tight in the upper back and shoulders. I would definitely add Loaded Carries in this list though.

    I feel like society has done this with both female and male. They want us to be sick and weak. We both need to be strong mentally and physically. I am not one of those people who can tell myself all these admirations that make me feel better about myself. The only way I feel better about myself is working out and eating clean! Then I feel better about myself.

    I challenge anyone to find a better upper back movement than heavy front squats.
    Also Geoff you are risking a lot telling people the swing and get up are not the end all be all to everything.

      Just do the same thing with dumbells. The dumbell Clean and Press is great! The dumbell Snatch is good. You can do high rep dumbell Front Squats also.

    Of course men want to look muscular and strong. Men are wolves not shih tzu! Or at least they were and should be, lean and powerful, not fat and weak.
