  • The way a digital transformation or ERP implementation project is staffed can have a huge impact on overall results. Too often, though, executives focus on just a few key roles, like project manager or systems integrator. While these are important roles (and indeed part of our top 10 list), organizations too often forget the even more important roles.
This video outlines the top 10 project roles that you will want to be sure to fill as part of your digital transformation strategy and plan. This top 10 list covers a range of roles, ranging from key executives (CFO, CIO, CEO, CHRO, etc.), stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
And say tuned until the top 3 at the end of the video...those results may surprise you!

I make sure to meet with Mr. Eric on daily basis and have a brainstorming session with him on his RUclips channel by watching his recent videos... Thanks for mentoring an ERP enthusiasts like me...

Been watching this channel for a short while. Cool stuff. I would like to see a video about IBM BPM (for workflows) and Maximo (asset mgt.), or any other IBM solution that fits into ERP or CRM. IBM hasn't really shined in ERP but I've had a job where they had Oracle EBS and Maximo, where Maximo was like the engine.

Thxs Eric for the insight - this may be the 1st time I will differ with you on the position of the project mgr. In all my experiences and implementations,; stakeholders, sponsors (be it CEO or CFO) , integrators, business owners, SME's count on the project-program mgr to assemble all of the ingrédients you mentioned . Don't wish to debate whether the PM is on the 9th or 2nd position ; only sharing my reality. Have had all ingredients available , fact remained that when the PM came on board, the projet "took off", and everyone had a lead to follow :).
