I visited Iran in 2005 for the first time and there were around 50 family members of my husband waiting for us to greet. wow I was totally shocked!!! then they treated me with all these sweets that when I left Iran after 2weeks of visit, I gained around 5kg more!! 😄😄😂😂
Iranians love sweet stuff!
and they have the most delicious fruits in the world!!!!! and the iranian bread called sangyak, the most delicious bread in the world!!! I miss it so much
and all iranians are so friendly to foreigners and they love to always give away things like foods and love to invite people to their homes. Iranians have beautiful homes that decorated like the palace.and Iranian ladies are very beautiful 😊

My adoptive father is Iranian and really developed in me a love for the amazing flavors and fragrances that are so prevalent in Iranian foods. I, in turn, raised my own children with a love of Iranian foods. It's funny to see us - a family of lily-white Irish/German Oklahomans - chowing down on amazing Iranian dishes!
I am glad that you remember the Iranian nation in a good way...thank you💚🌱🍀👍

milad-snj4,
Some of the nicest people I know are Iranian, my friends mother Mrs. Vaziri made the most delicious Iranian cuisine, sadly she has passed on but I will never forget her or her food.
Once you sit down and break bread.....all cultures blend as one. The ultimate equalizer. I am of Armenian descent....but, born in Iran. Left Iran at age 8 in 1979. Left with fantastic memories. I am in Los Angeles.....so, it is like I never left.....but, there is some nostalgia for what was there.
I’ve been to Iran (twice) and all of what Mr. Jafar said in this video is true! Food is spectacular, Iranians are the nicest people I’ve ever met, their culture is just so great.
That's so nice of you , love from Iran 🧡
He's so savage "That's the good thing about England, when I first came to this country everything was so bland..." hahaha xD
That's just facts
Itseems true since they got shocked ao much when introduced to korean food 😂

IRANIAN PEOPLE LOVE YOU
Hello to you from Iran. ☺️
Saaame !! Iranians are amazing
I agree with her dad, people talk about French cuisine and patisserie and all that....but Persian food is hands down one of the best in the world. The deep and strong aroma and taste is another level. And they make the best sweets/desserts in the world. There I said it!! Their people and their desserts are warm and wonderful. Lots of Love from India. Most of our Indian sweets are based on Persian sweets!! Gabie should do a whole day of cooking Persian food!!
yes, because Parsi people in India came from Iran a long long time ago maybe more than a 1000 years ago but they kept the first Iranian religion Zoroastrianism, and also Persian sweets.

Oh my gosh! I LOVE Iranian food! We lived in Iran just before the revolution and really enjoyed our time there. The food is amazing. I had Tahchin once with a neighbor friend and I still dream of it. We had a shop down the street from us that would make flat bread in a stone oven. There is nothing more delicious than walking home with a round of flat bread (noon) that is still hot from the oven and still has small rocks in the nooks and crannies. The smell would waft through out the area. We jumped the fires on the streets at night for Nowruz threw grass into the river as we celebrated the Persian New Year. Good times.
The degree of Middle eastern sophistication is amazing.

Oh guys this meant the world! Honestly, the world knows so little about us Iranians and the fact that they haven't tasted what delicious cuisine we have is just heartbreaking. Tonight alone I went through more than a dozen videos enjoying them all wishing someone would do something like this with Iranian food. I don't know if you'll even see this comment, but as foodies, it would be an absolute missed opportunity not to taste Iranian food; don't mean to sound smug; you just HAVE TO eat our food to know what I'm saying😍😍😍

it's probably got to do with the fact that they're doing the video with an open background behind and natural light, but it just made me feel kinda happy and warm nice in ways other Jolly videos haven't. The warm and welcoming Iranian dad Jafar saab and the absolutely adorable Sepi just made this video even more amazing and happy and chirpy! FORGET MICHELIN STAR FOOD, YOU'VE GOT TO DO MORE OF THESE VIDEOS TRYING FOOD FROM AROUND THE WORLD JOLLY! AUTHENTIC HOME FOOD! I traveled around in Iran for a month a about ten years ago. I don't like to assign collective traits to groups of people, but the fact is that in all my travels, never have I encountered so many friendly and curious people as in Iran.
The guy I met at Imam Khomeini Airport who has just dropped off his dad and gave me a ride into town, refusing to accept any kind of reimbursement (nemishe!). Sitting on the floor in a mosque in Esfahan talking to a group of people curious about how people in my country view Iran (luckily I had a pack of cookies in my pack we could share!). The two sisters who called their mom to arrange an impromptu dinner with the whole extended family when I asked them if they knew a restaurant which served a dish I had been wanting to try (fesenjoon), again of course refusing to accept any kind of reimbursement despite my protests (ghorbonne shoma beram!). Or the man who stopped his bicycle in front of me as I exited my hotel in Shiraz, wanting to know my room number so he (a baker) could send a box of cookies to my room, simply because he was happy to see a tourist.
I really want to go back one day. I couldn't recommend a visit to Iran more.
