When you fight against a Muay Thai product such as Rodtang you are not fighting to win, you are fighting to see how well you can stand against him. That being said, this Khalilov guy is a freaking beast.

However one has to stay in the realistic side of the equation, nobody is unbeatable, but you can't easily compare against one of these Muay Thai creatures that has been in the making since age 8 or less. @@MrEismenTVhat’s not always true, some guys weather this stuff differently. Look at Jake Lamotta, he lives to be 95 and was with it throughout his life. And those guys fought a ton, several fights a week at times.

The punches that Rodtang eats are light compared to what Ali took, he’ll probably be alright. For a time, I was more worried about Pacquiao, even as a smaller guy he’s taken so much concussive head trauma, but he seems alright too after all these years 🤷♂️

I never understand why people dont work the body more with Rodtang? He is built with and Iron Chin and and great cardio. Your not going to knock him down so you have to beat him on a point system or slow his body down to the point where he cant do as much. Obviously easier said than done so whoever tries it has be near the level of Rodtang himself

Almost didn't bother answering this, it would be easier to converse with someone less passive aggressive but meh I'll give it a shot. Khalilov fought an exceptional fight and did his fair share of mind games with rodtang. If you'd have read my previous comment properly you'd have realised I said nothing bad about the Russian fighter. I simply stated that rodtang would be demoralising to fight.

Then Mitch disagreeing with the assessment Khalilov would have more confidence going into the 2nd round since he was supposed to be steamrolled by Rodtang. Then Khalilov comes out in the 2nd punching and kicking and landing on Rodtang, and finally at about 1:35 left in the 2nd, Mitch admits he was wrong about his confidence level. And finally, the @$$ kissing of Rodtang every time he calls his fights.

Rodtang was hitting him with a 3 to 1 ratio and scoring. Walking through khaliovs leg kicks like they were nothing. Not saying that the guy didn't do himself proud but the experience rodtang had over him won it.
