Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking wine
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder / garlic mince
1 clove ginger mince or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons cornflour + 2 tablespoons water

It was obvious it's your first time cooking anything. You just put the uncut chicken then used a scissor on it.
No that's not the way you or I would have done this, but I am still glad she made the video. i was thinking, hmm I would have cut the chicken into smaller pieces to get more browned surfaces but this is still a tasty-looking recipe. I happen to have most of the ingredients YES!
