Big thanks to Rebecca and Matt for sending us your way! You have a very soothing voice and an excellent eye for photography! Can't wait to see what else you do.
I subscribed because I would like to come back to this video and hopefully others when I am feeling anxious. This was incredibly calming and peaceful. The forest is the place I visit in my mind when I need to get away. You have beautiful vision and a gift for capturing what makes the forest a special place. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Awesome I'm so glad to hear that, the forest is definitely a healing place for anxiety, even in memory and imagination. Sounds like you have a healthy take on managing your anxiety. I'm happy if my videos can help in some small way. Your comment is encouraging!
Hey Jordan, thank you, I think Canon has consistently produced the best lenses and some amazing cameras as well. When I was looking to upgrade it happened right at the transition to mirrorless, and at the time Sony was rocking it in the mirrorless world so that clinched it for me. I have to say, I have really fallen in love with this camera too.
That forest is beautiful, I wish I could go there. I love how everything is covered in moss and the tiny mushrooms are adorable 🍄 This is so peacefull and heartwarming video, thank you. I'm gonna watch your videos when I feel sad (and even if I don't feel sad).
Amazing!! I love this, the music is relaxing, and your voice is so soft and kind and I love learning about landscape photography! This whole thing is wonderful!
This was so lovely and fun to watch! I love mushroom photography ❤️🍄 love the bits of info & the zen mindset. I’m going to show your videos to my bf, I think you have gained 2 new followers ☺️
Wow! Such a beautiful place! 😍 I love this. Look forward to seeing more of your amazing landscape photography. Looks quite like the forests in west coast south island New Zealand 😍
Thanks Freya, it is a pretty special little piece of forest. Wanda and I are hoping to make it to New Zealand some day, it has a lot of resonance for me, from what I see in photos/videos, and the landscape is a huge part of it.
Hey Richard this video is awesome! May I ask what you think about while spending so much time alone in nature? I’m a senior in high school and my life is so busy, the level of ease this video shares is quite cool, so I am just curious.
Thanks for asking Greta, I'm a highly sensitive person, so I use time in nature to process the sense data that floods in from my highly stimulating work life. We HSPs are deep processors, requiring lots of time to unpack our feelings and thing through what we have experienced. It is one of the self care measures I adopted to cope with the stress of life and it has become an indispensable to keeping balance in my life.
my cats are in love with this video. the calm energy and nature shots are great for them. They’re all watching the TV with me.
