I made it to the end... hmm I published 86 books with 12 months making a few dollars a month, I believe due to a lack of doing Amazon ads.. right now I have 17 orders for the month of August so far.. I feel extremely fortunate to have found such a brilliant, straight-forward, and easy to understand channel at the exact right time for me. I am already in the process of finalizing my first book related to my niche/profession & passion of providing career advice, but what your video has helped me to understand and confirm, is that I should solely focus on writing and producing more and more content. Your focus on how to actually market your books when they are published seems to be missing or not given detailed strategies in some other training videos I've encountered. Looking forward to using your videos to go deeper into detail on these marketing aspects before hitting publish on three books that are ready to be published. Question: I have one book that was published already -- what now? Should I unpublished and then republish using your strategies -- or are there strategies that work with books already published? I'm working on several high-content books now. What I learned is that it's definitely worth my time to hire out for book covers and formatting. In one Sudoku book series I did, it took me 2.5 weeks to tweak the cover. It turned out great, but man, what a lot of work. I've been burned a couple times on Fiverr, but I'm glad to see you found some trusted artists. Question: How do I sell my book in other markets like UK, Germany, etc? I think I'm missing something really simple.

Yes! I made it to the end! Excellent source of information. Well done, Sean! I'm a nurse educator and love to write. I've also helped a lot of people with letter writing, appeals to the government with heart strings, content editing etc. I've written curriculum for healthcare teaching, and helped design books, as well So all in all, I love writing and researching. So all that you spoke about makes wonderful sense!! It's not an easy task, but definitely simple, and no rocket science to it, I mean. And you've given the whole step by step procedure AND the resources to go to. In the next few weeks, trust me, I'm going to get down to the actual job of creating my first book. Gotten my high content book cost to $200 by using contractors in different languages typically costing between 100-150, translation and proof reading for like 20-30 and cover creation for 10 and layout for about 20.

Hi, Sean. I made it to the end! I watch all your videos to the end, and I really appreciate all the information you share in such a clear and helpful manner. I have actually published several médium content books, but would like to see them selling more and I need to add a lot more books, also. I think this is a good basic video and a good refresher for those of us already publishing, and I do have some questions after watching the video. I’ve never outsourced my covers or interiors, but I think this is a way I can publish books more quickly, because even a medium content book can take quite a bit of time to write and publish. So, if I outsource my cover, how do I evaluate whether or not the final product is actually good? I think the covers I design look good, but I’m not a trained designer, so how do I evaluate my own or outsourced covers to make sure they have the best chance of grabbing attention and selling? I have the same question about the interiors, also. How do I ensure I’m getting a good product when I outsource? Is outsourcing more of a timesaver or a quality issue for you? I just really want the best quality, which is why I tend to spend a lot of time creating a book, but of course, this is slowing me down. Do you pay someone to make A+ content for you, and would you use the same sources for that? Do you ever have someone write your book descriptions? Is there a guideline somewhere as to what we should expect to pay for those services? I know you’ve mentioned using ChatGPT for writing descriptions, with your own edits, of course. I am already in the process of finalizing my first book related to my niche/profession & passion of providing career advice, but what your video has helped me to understand and confirm, is that I should solely focus on writing and producing more and more content. I had been diverting my time on other less rewarding stuff.

In May I published my first low content, a black & white 6x9 journal, no idea what bleed was, or anything else about this business. I made it to the end! Thank you for sharing your information and being generous with your knowledge. I've already published 10 books and am having some success. I'm working on several high-content books now. What I learned is that it's definitely worth my time to hire out for book covers and formatting. In one Sudoku book series I did, it took me 2.5 weeks to tweak the cover. It turned out great, but man, what a lot of work. I've been burned a couple times on Fiverr, but I'm glad to see you found some trusted artists.
Question: How do I sell my book in other markets like UK, Germany, etc? I think I'm missing something really simple.

Yes! I made it to the end! Excellent source of information. Well done, Sean! I'm a nurse educator and love to write. I've also helped a lot of people with letter writing, appeals to the government with heart strings, content editing etc. I've written curriculum for healthcare teaching, and helped design books, as well So all in all, I love writing and researching. So all that you spoke about makes wonderful sense!! It's not an easy task, but definitely simple, and no rocket science to it, I mean. And you've given the whole step by step procedure AND the resources to go to. In the next few weeks, trust me, I'm going to get down to the actual job of creating my first book. The topic - "My therapeutic journey into psychedelics after retirement."

Gotten my high content book cost to $200 by using contractors in different languages typically costing between 100-150, translation and proof reading for like 20-30 and cover creation for 10 and layout for about 20.

Hi, Sean. I made it to the end! I watch all your videos to the end, and I really appreciate all the information you share in such a clear and helpful manner. I have actually published several médium content books, but would like to see them selling more and I need to add a lot more books, also. I think this is a good basic video and a good refresher for those of us already publishing, and I do have some questions after watching the video.
I’ve never outsourced my covers or interiors, but I think this is a way I can publish books more quickly, because even a medium content book can take quite a bit of time to write and publish. So, if I outsource my cover, how do I evaluate whether or not the final product is actually good? I think the covers I design look good, but I’m not a trained designer, so how do I evaluate my own or outsourced covers to make sure they have the best chance of grabbing attention and selling?
I have the same question about the interiors, also. How do I ensure I’m getting a good product when I outsource? Is outsourcing more of a timesaver or a quality issue for you? I just really want the best quality, which is why I tend to spend a lot of time creating a book, but of course, this is slowing me down.
Do you pay someone to make A+ content for you, and would you use the same sources for that? Do you ever have someone write your book descriptions? Is there a guideline somewhere as to what we should expect to pay for those services? I know you’ve mentioned using ChatGPT for writing descriptions, with your own edits, of course. What do you think of the quality of a ChatGPT written book description?

I've just posted my first book to Amazon and it is 'in review' so will (hopefully) be a published author in a day or two. Everything you are sharing is so helpful and it's great to find someone who is actually genuine around the whole process and journey. We have many books, so I’m most interested in using Amazon ads to boost sales-especially sluggish titles or titles that are older. Currently average $3k, not counting website sales and wholesale to retailers. I’d like to triple the average.
