Now this is what I'm talking about! Best house I've seen in the 2 years I've been in Texas, our current home comes in second.😂 I would make some changes to fit my personal desires, but this is Awesome! Love the acreage! I will say, that first bedroom closet is not your typical walk-in. I would not squeeze four cars in that garage space. They build the space big enough for 4 cars, but not the entry door space. Alex you will certainly here from me again soon! I promise!

This is one of the best houses I’ve seen in a long time! If I had the money, I would buy in a heartbeat! The only little thing I would change is that little kids area by the media room. I’m not sure what I would do with that after the kids are grown I would convert that area as the little popcorn and candy area before you walk into the media and the entrance would be from the back.

Beautiful home. My only criticism is the bathtub in the master bathroom and casita are small. Too much white throughout the house- white cabinets and white walls makes the home the decor boring. I definitely lean towards lighter colors, but surely there must be designers in the state of Texas who can think outside the box and steer away from all white when decorating a home. You did mention this was the model home.
What color walls would you like to see other than white?
@@americas_realtorthe white walls is not the problem in my opinion. It’s white walls with a combination of white countertops and white cabinets that gives a boring look. A splash of something different either with different cabinets, countertops or even backsplash would have broken up the monotony and added a pop. That’s basic 101 design. Only a house flipper would come in, put everything in white and think it’s some type of flex (as my kids would say lol). I just expect more at this price point and considering it used to be a model home.

This is the number one model house for me and I definitely wanna have the same exact replica of it built one of these days. Can someone help me with the math, 5.3 baths main and 1.5 baths casita don’t add up to 10 baths? And where do you get .3 baths? NEVER heard of that in a house

What is the selling price of this home? If it did not sell already would love to know trying to get out of Connecticut, but I got to buy something that really catches my eyes and I can always put another good size garage in the backyard. For the rest of my toys you know big boys got to have They're big boy toys. In a place to work on them
