  • 1 cup ground sunflower seeds
    1 cup ground flaxseed
    3 bunches of scallions chopped (3 large sweet onion if not making keto).
    3 1/2 tablespoons of tamari sauce (I used coconut amino).
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    Mix all the ingredients together. Taste before spreading out on teflon sheets or parchment paper. Make into a square shape.
    Dehydrate on 120 degrees for 1 hour, then for 4 hours on 105 degrees.
    After that, flip the dough over and score to make sandwich slices. Dehydrate for another 5 hour or until you reach the desire texture you want. Place wax paper between each sandwich layer.
    Store in the refrigerator. I like to freeze the slices so they last longer.
