With the abysmal state of competition in Formula 1, they should try anything to improve. Most races are won by huge margins, often by the same driver (currently Verstappen). Zzzzzzz.....One Indy 500 is more exciting than a whole season of Formula 1.
They are scared…..Toto doesn’t want a competent and competitive team added. He wants to go into each weekend only worried about three other teams. He enjoys having Williams, Haas, Sauber and others that will not be competitive in each race.
